The media could not be loaded. I am very disapointed with workmanship of this item. I was really looking forward to enjoying it. Zippers are deffective module constantly falls. Its too new for me to be having these issues. I just want my refund. When I purchased this couch I made sure it qualified for return if anything happened to be wrong with it. It did not state on sight that it needed to be in original package to qualify for return. Please add that in there so that BUYING CUSTOMERS know first hand what they will be dealing with. Before doing this return I called customer service to make sure it could be sent back w/out original package and was told yes. I told him I was doing a return for massage chair I had recently purchased due to deffective zippers and module stand that is loose and falls. I told him that if there would be a problem because couch was not gonna be in original package and he said no. He went ahead stated he initiated return of this item and because original date of pick did not work for me I made it for today 8/17/24. Sofa is in front of my door and it is gonna rain and I dont want to be held responsible for this. Im very disapointed with this whole situation!! ... show more
