We were going to stop for the day after assembling the cabinet and install the firebox the following morning until we realized we only needed to use four screws for the firebox. The pre-drilled holes for most of the door nails are out of alignment. The material is also quite poor unfortunately. The fireplace component itself is nice and like the flame pattern and the colors just fine. Love it! Simply beautiful! Was easy to assemble and quality is good. Heat output is excellent, and easy to operate remote control. It's very relaxing to watch the flames and the colors are amazing!

Item was shipped in two large boxes & received in only a few days. Extremely easy to put together only tool needed was a Phillips screwdriver (but a cordless drill helps). I purchased the light color version which was more like a bone/vanilla color. The color didn’t really match my wife’s taste or any of the other furnishings in the living room so it was a simple task to paint it white. (I recommend to paint it before completing the assembly process as it makes it a whole lot easier- I should of made a YouTube video to show the process maybe next time if I’m sponsored. 😉). Once assembled the fireplace slid in with no issues. Remote/manual controls are easy to work. I have yet to test out the heater feature but the artificial flames look great. The price at first seemed a bit steep and I felt it was maybe overpriced by a few hundred bucks but after it was all displayed and saw smile on the wife I was okay with it. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt it was worthy since I’m pleasantly surprised on how good it turned out. Hope this helps. ... show more

I was originally going to just put a sofa table in this spot but saw this and it was a perfect addition to my New England living room. Keeps me cozy at night and I like tha ambiance without the trouble of a wood fire or the cost of a propane fire.

it can not be return through Amazon. I want a refund please. The wood is chipped 3 of the first 5 pieces out of the box and and there is issues with workmanship. The fire place unit looks great and I like the log and flame look that why I purchased it. I will build my own inclosure next time.
