The media could not be loaded. I spent months looking for the right fireplace/tv stand. I finally bit the bullet and chose this one..and am glad I did. I wanted one large enough to fit the tv, and still have room on the sides to add decorations. It was quite easy to assemble. I am 55, female, and did it myself with no problem. 2 pieces were cracked upon arrival. I reached out to tech support immediately, and thanks to their quick response, I had the replacement pieces just couple of days later. The original shipping was very fast, and it arrived in 3 boxes. The remote control works perfectly well for its intention. It's summer, so I am not sure exactly how much of my house it will heat. I did test the heat settings, and it worked just fine...and the fan is not too loud. I added some LED lights and bought a crackling machine to go with it. I have a 55" tv on the top. It's pretty, and I'm very happy with my purchase. ... show more

Product looks great! We worked together on assembly and it took us a few hours to complete. Fireplace is adequate for our purposes. Applied film to glass doors to hide the contents on the shelves. Would have preferred an even finish as opposed to the distressed look and solid or opaque doors. It would be to the manufacturers advantage to offer a choice. May be a bit overpriced but it works for us. ... show more

Took over two weeks receive and arrived in 2 separate deliveries.3 boxes total. The boxes looked relatively undamaged. Inspect the pieces carefully before starting assembly. I didn't t find mine was damaged until I got to the final piece. the bottom left front wood was broken. Rather than repackage and wait for replacement, I repaired it myself. The installation instructions, if you can call it that, leave allot be desired - Be prepared to spend half day+ assembling it. The entire piece is a dingy yellow rather than white and the “distressed" look looks like damage all over… many bare unpainted/chipped spots throughout – Guess that’s why they call it Distressed... Definitely not worth $1000+ dollars. When assembled, it looks more like something you could buy at a second-hand store for under $400.00. The side shelves are small, so measure the item(s) you want to fit into them. I was disappointed my stereo components did fit the small shelf space. Last but not least - The electric fireplace is operated by remote control, but the frequency for it is the same as the frequency as my TV – so anytime I use the TV remote to change station or volume, it turns on the fireplace and changes the heat and light levels. I finally had to unplugged the fireplace. Will call the company to see if they have a fix for this. Again, not worth the $1000 dollar I paid – don’t waste your money on this item. ... show more

I searched for the perfect product for literal months. Went to 2 diff furniture stores that had smaller/worse options for $500+ more. One of the salespeople told us any fireplace we ordered would take at least a month to come in bc everything is on back order. This product is awesome. If you are debating on the purchase-just buy it, you won’t find anything better for this price. It’s sturdy, beautiful, and assembly wasn’t terrible. It was time consuming, but manageable and not impossible. It was delivered, undamaged, in exactly 1 week. I was def nervous trusting a larger purchase like this from amazon & not seeing it in person. We love this fireplace. The quality is very good. The wood, is a distressed finish, is attractive, and an ivory color. It has made our room much cozier. The cupboards are smallish, so think about what equipment you want to fit into them, look at the measurements, before you purchase this. The electric fire is also really attractive and warm looking. You can alter flame level and brightness easily with the remote control, which also turns on and changes the temperature of the heater. I don’t think the fire throws out a lot of heat as the element is rather small. It did take at least four hours to assemble, but was not too difficult. I paid to have it put together and it took two guys about three hours. I bought it because I have a 75" TV and needed something large. Overall, I like it. It looks great. The reason I didn't rate it higher is because it says it is white. I have white trim and some white furniture so I thought this would match. I was very disappointed in the color. It was a yellowish white. I ended up having to paint it white. So be careful if you are looking for a pure white. ... show more

This is a beautiful piece of furniture but you need to have the room for it. The fireplace is an added bonus. Flames are beautiful and the resin wood is very nicely done. Purchase a fireplace sound machine and it is a complete replacement for the real thing. Fairly riced for what you re getting. Haven’t tried the heat yet (summer) but does work.
