The media could not be loaded. I spent months looking for the right fireplace/tv stand. I finally bit the bullet and chose this one..and am glad I did. I wanted one large enough to fit the tv, and still have room on the sides to add decorations. It was quite easy to assemble. I am 55, female, and did it myself with no problem. 2 pieces were cracked upon arrival. I reached out to tech support immediately, and thanks to their quick response, I had the replacement pieces just couple of days later. The original shipping was very fast, and it arrived in 3 boxes. The remote control works perfectly well for its intention. It's summer, so I am not sure exactly how much of my house it will heat. I did test the heat settings, and it worked just fine...and the fan is not too loud. I added some LED lights and bought a crackling machine to go with it. I have a 55" tv on the top. It's pretty, and I'm very happy with my purchase. ... show more

I searched for the perfect product for literal months. Went to 2 diff furniture stores that had smaller/worse options for $500+ more. One of the salespeople told us any fireplace we ordered would take at least a month to come in bc everything is on back order. This product is awesome. If you are debating on the purchase-just buy it, you won’t find anything better for this price. It’s sturdy, beautiful, and assembly wasn’t terrible. It was time consuming, but manageable and not impossible. It was delivered, undamaged, in exactly 1 week. I was def nervous trusting a larger purchase like this from amazon & not seeing it in person. We love this thing. In a space where building an actual fireplace is cost prohibitive this is a near perfect system. It looks very nice when installed. The only problem I have is the side storage with the doors doesn't accommodate our PS4, so that has to sit on top. Xbox fits inside but will overheat if you do not leave the door open ... show more

We love this fireplace. The quality is very good. The wood, is a distressed finish, is attractive, and an ivory color. It has made our room much cozier. The cupboards are smallish, so think about what equipment you want to fit into them, look at the measurements, before you purchase this. The electric fire is also really attractive and warm looking. You can alter flame level and brightness easily with the remote control, which also turns on and changes the temperature of the heater. I don’t think the fire throws out a lot of heat as the element is rather small. It did take at least four hours to assemble, but was not too difficult. Product looks great! We worked together on assembly and it took us a few hours to complete. Fireplace is adequate for our purposes. Applied film to glass doors to hide the contents on the shelves. Would have preferred an even finish as opposed to the distressed look and solid or opaque doors. It would be to the manufacturers advantage to offer a choice. This item was not as pictured on Amazon. The flame was not realistic at all. I requested to return it for this reason and was told I was responsible for return shipping. Cheapest way to return would have cost $701.00. They were unwilling to help with return costs and neither was Amazon. Very disappointed. Their ad says "easy returns". $701 is not easy. ... show more

I was going to return this, had already disassembled and packed it up. Upon calling I was told that shipping was not going to be reimbursed. Probably $200. They are sending some replacement pieces, hopefully I’ll be able to reassemble it satisfactorily. It takes several hours to assemble, but I found the instructions fairly straightforward, even though they are just pictures. ... show more
