Wife loves it.
Color: Black
We looked around at several fireplaces and chose this one. I had a damaged piece from the factory and the customer service sent a replacement part in 2 days. The flame looks great and there's several colors to choose from.

Beautiful and Sturdy
Color: White
It’s easy to assemble. The controller has lots of options to fashion the perfect flame, including multiple color selections and combinations. But there’s no sound which is why only four stars. But it’s still worth it. Also I’ve been shopping around for a fireplace sound machine… which Amazon sells.

Beautiful… so happy!
Color: White
I was hesitant to buy this online but it is even better than I expected! I painted it a cream color bc it is stark white . The flames are as real looking as you can get for an electric fireplace. Puts out nice amount of heat. I really love it!

Beware! NOT White as in their picture.
Color: White
I was beyond disappointed to receive what should have been a finished white fireplace. This thing is not smoothly painted but is more like a white wash off white with streaks in the paint. My decor is not shabby chic. I was looking for a quality product to dress up my living room and unfortunately cannot use it. Contacted seller - who charges a 15% restock fee for their inaccurately advertised product. This is just wrong.

This is the PERFECT electric fireplace.
Color: White
This is a very sturdy (and heavy) fireplace that is perfect in my living room. It is beautifully designed and I really like the oversized "fire" box. It doesn't look like a cheap faux fireplace! I'm so glad I finally made this purchase; it was a good bit of money and I debated for over a year as to whether or not to buy it, but I'm so glad I did!!!
