I got this for the Airbnb I'm staying in for a few months while traveling for work. The bed I have is a fold out futon couch with a generous mattress topper for comfort. Because of the shape of the frame, I cannot get the mattress flush with the wall and there is a 6 inch gap. This is fine for sleeping, but if I try to prop myself up with pillows to read or face time the family, my pillows invariably wiggle their way down into the gap. I love this pillow because it's structure is solid enough to support me against the wall without falling into the gap even a tiny bit. But at the same time it is SO SOFT AND COMFORTABLE to lean against. This is THE BEST sitting pillow I've ever had. I'll definitely be compressing it back down in a vacuum bag and taking it with me wherever I go. Its worth every penny. The size is perfect. The neck pillow piece can be removed if you are short. If you are tall, you will be happy to know it has tough metal snaps to secure the neck pillow so it doesn't move. The lumbar support is the first thing I noticed. I sat down and I swear that if my lower back could speak, it would have let out a deep satisfied sigh.

I recently purchased this ergonomic back support cushion, and it has been a great addition to my work-from-home and relaxation setup. This is exactly what I was looking for to provide me back and neck support whether I am in bed or on the couch. I recently was getting bad pain in my upper back and neck. It lasted for months. I really needed support to get comfortable. This allows to me read, watch movies, play video games or stream my favorite shows without pain. This is high quality. Excellent memory foam that does not lose its shape. I can tell its high quality and excellent materials. It has an extra optional attachment for neck and head support, which is really what I needed. I recommend this pillow. 5 stars for sure! It also extends around my sides, giving extra support. Its so comfortable, I fall asleep all the time while using it. My son wants one now! Get this pillow.
