My girls like this board and this is the second one we purchased. They use it on the road and up and down hills in our neighborhood. Occasionally it does something unexpected, like stop:) but for the price we have been satisfied. Disappointing that they sent the wrong color this time, but it’s not worth an exchange. I tried a few others with fancy features, but they all came with confusing instructions (from China likely) to self-balance the device. I liked how this model is up to US standards and comes with right out of the box instructions and balances on its own very well with just the "on" button. Really disappointed. Used less than 9 months. Turns off randomly. Caused him to fall multiple times. Can’t even use it. Used less than a few hours total. Razor CUSTOMER SERVICE only stands behind their product for 90 days.

My 9 year old received this for Christmas. I was nervous as he is small for his age and the board is heavy. It took him several tries to get going, but once he got the hang if it, I can’t get him off it. Battery last over an hour.

The battery and motherboard had to be replaced after 6 months and I was charged $54 and even after replacing, the wheels are not moving in sync.
