This headset is very comfortable with great sound, and I've had no issues with it glitching when using it wirelessly, but unfortunately without it having dual audio, and not being able to load fully custom RGB profiles onto it when it's not connected to the computer, make it lose a star for me. It has basic color options when connected to a phone, and those options will persist once disconnected from the phone and connected to a console via the dongle, but it's not nearly as customizable as you would be able to do on the computer. The audio quality and microphone are both fantastic, with the ability to switch through sound profiles via a button on the side, which is nice depending on what activity you are doing. All in all I like the headset, but feel that for the premium price, it could have included dual audio and more robust RGB options. ... show more

The fit is brilliant, and the sound is amazing. I haven’t had a chance to test out the mic fully, but it works great and goes really well with the rest of my Razer set. You do need to download the Pairing Utility from their website to use it via the USB dongle, but that’s a quick process. Honestly this is a brilliant headset for its price. best kitty kraken they have made, 3 ways to connect by dongle, cord or Bluetooth, they lay flat and are easy to adjust, the lighting its top tier and customizable, and the mic works just as good as any other top gaming headset, its perfect i love it so much. Very disappointed. 200 dollars for a headset definitely not worth it at all. my friends have to hear echoes of their own voices from my mic all the time and there’s no noise cancellation so they can hear everything happening in the background. I was able to hear games and people clearly but even the sound quality is nothing to write home about. tried adjusting multiple times on discord and on the headsets settings and gave it until the return window closed but it didn’t work. i’m better off using my airpods. the bluetooth did connect seamlessly to my playstation so im upset that it worked so badly. ... show more
