This is the first renewed item I buy, so I was expecting a bit of regular use marks, but the keyboard was as clean as new! Of course it came with a provisional box rather than the original one, but that's normal on renewed items. My experience with the seller support through amazon was just as good as I expected it to be. I received a keyboard that was defective (one of the keys didn't work at all) so I just followed the process through the amazon platform and within a week or so I had a replacement (keep in mind that this was an international order made from Colombia) No cost for return shipping and DHL just picked up the package from reception. Simple and effortless. The keyboard is just as good as I expected, although if you're not sure, the wrist rest DOES NOT come with cushion support, it's just a plastic, magnetic rectangle with the razer logo, but it helps at least to have your hands in a comfortable position. Keyboard came in essentially brand new, no flaws. Caps all look good, sound is better than expected since I didn’t have one to compare it with before and I’m a big fan of the new sound slider by the number pad. The wrist rest helps for those long hours at the pc, but it is made of plastic so keep that in mind. It also doesn’t connect to the board, it just slides up against it. Replaced my original Black Widow V1 with this unit. Typing is nice, not nearly as noisy as the version 1. When I would type on the old one, the wife would ask, "Are you arguing on the internet again?" It does NOT have USB Passthrough as listed, but not something I needed. This keyboard is fantastic. I work all day and then use my keyboard at night on my personal laptop and this holds up to all of it. You get clicky feedback, which is important for some people, and there is an app to change the backlight colors if you want. If you’re having trouble with it not responding to your touch, you may have it plugged into a dock instead of directly into your computer. The keyboard is in good condition. There are some scratches at the bottom of the wrist rest, but they are not a big deal. It is refurbished, and some unnoticeable sign of use doesn't bother me very muchh. I used a sticker to cover it up.
