The soft protein bars I purchased are perfect for breakfast or a snack. I generally eat 2 packs a day. One for breakfast and one for a mid-morning snack but I have eaten them for lunch and supper when I don’t feel like cooking or just don’t have time. They have several flavors that are all good in my opinion but most stores don’t carry a full selection of flavors. The average price for a box with 4 packs(2 bars per pack) is $3.50 so at one or 2 packs per day that’s less than $2 for breakfast and a snack. I drive a commercial size dump truck from 6am until 5-6 pm so eating healthy and affordable is tough but adding Kind bars to my menu and saying no to a biscuit has been the perfect way to avoid putting on weight while saving money. ... show more

I LOVE those bars, they taste great and helps me feel full after I eat them... ***BUT*** There is something really wrong going on with Amazon Warehouses "supposedly" Temperature controlled storage. I had experienced like what other recent reviewers here mentioned with the food shipped by Amazon. I had initially bought 1 box from CVS to try it those bars out, and then I went ahead I bought an additional 2 boxes that are "Shipped and fulfilled" directly from Amazon to stock up. The ones from CVS tasted fresh and tasty, while the ones from Amazon tasted stale and dry. I even felt like vomiting after I ate them. I looked at the expiration date for both and the Amazon's package says expiration date is May 2nd 2018, while the ones I had from CVS says April 22nd 2018. Both were purchased mid Feb 2018. I managed to get a full refund from Amazon, but reading those reviews from other recent reviewers as well (even on different brands of protein bars than here) made me lose all my trust in Amazon food products. ... show more

I ordered the peanut butter bars and they taste better than nearly every protein bar I've tried. Add to that the price per bar and this simply can't be beat! I'm still new to these and some of the negative reviews are concerning, so my review will be updated, if there's a change to my month order, or to the quality of the bars.
