5 stars for the product itself and the value IF you receive 8 packages (32 wrappers=64 total bars). The first time I ordered, I received 8 packages. The second time I only received 4. The automated customer service options don’t offer a solution for this specific issue. When I finally reached a person, he’s had difficulty understanding my problem and tried to tell me that I received what was advertised. I was persistent, and he offered to send me a replacement of the “32 units,” desperate to end the chat with me. Guess how many packages were included in the replacement? 8! I love eating these in the mornings when I don’t have an appetite but need to go to the gym - these are my go-to. Only downside is sometimes you get a harder granola bar than usual but it is what it is. Other than that, really good value considering how much I eat them.
