We paid over $4000 for our Raypak heater, had it installed by an approved company and it broke after just a year – thankfully, Raypak did the right thing then (after a lot of time and frustration) and replaced it. Now just over 2 years later the replacement is already broken! And Raypak has refused to do anything to help this time. Our original Pentair lasted 10 years - we are going back to them! ... show more
