The media could not be loaded. This product explicitly states that I can use this with my machine and that it is supported, a 2023 M2 Pro MacBook Pro. And yet, if you watch the attached video to this review it just does not work at all. I tried to reach out to RayCue support directly and never got a response. I even tried buying another one of these just to confirm it was the product itself that's just not working. I was only able to return one of the two, and am now stuck with a hunk of junk. Don't end up like me. Don't buy this product.

I bought this for my Macbook Pro 16 inch and it works perfect as expected. All the ports and HDMI are working and now I am able to use my extended monitor with my mac. Good thing is I can place my whole laptop with its support and just use my external monitor, keyboard and mouse while doing long office works. It also comes with 3 USB ports and thunderbolt ports so my every task can run smooth now.

I debated on buying, but the price was too good for Prime days. I love it. I think this has cleared up a lot of space on my desk. I am glad for the dual monitor option. The dock is good for most Mac users. You want a simple but effective dock, this is it

The product is great; the material quality is excellent. It looks really cool. It has more than enough ports and doesn’t heat up. Also, remember to set permissions when you connect it to a PC; otherwise, the keyboard and mouse won’t work on USB ports. I recommend it!

This was ok but probably not the best option. My pros: good quality material. Feels sturdy. Has a great amount of ports, easy to setup, functional for what I need and compatible with Mac. My cons: not super neat. Once everything is plugged in it just looks messy. One of my usb ports was bent and had to literally pry it gently to be able to use it. It’s serving its purpose but will more than likely replace it down the line. The value for the money is not really worth it.
