Bought these to connect to a Samsung QLED TV with Bluetooth for gaming but could not get them to connect successfully. They would connect for a few seconds but would drop the link immediately. I purchased a separate Bluetooth transmitter which I connected through the optical port on the Samsung. These earbuds do connect to this Bluetooth transmitter hence I can use them with the Samsung. It is a very nice product, however, it is very inconvenient that yeah have to watch where your fingers are when you stick the headphones in your ear, as the sensor is VERY sensitive. Another thing I don't like is how the audio pauses when you open the headphone case, as i then have to replay the part of the song/video because i've now missed it. ... show more

*Update* Raycon reached out to me and replaced my earbuds even tho the warranty ran out in Dec 2022. That's quality customer service imo. Thank you! A few months after the year warranty was over the left earbud stopped working. Paying over $100 for earbuds to last a year is absolutely laughable. I've purchased cheaper ones at Walmart & passed those to my 13 year old who is rough on electronics and they still work. These are so over priced for the use you get out of them! ... show more

**1.5 Year Review ** These earbuds have a great fit, excellent sound quality, and pretty good battery life. I was really impressed with the sound quality and the bass that these were able to deliver; they are some of the best of any earbuds I have used. Battery life is about 3-5 hours of continuous listening time. The case is really nice quality and the buds charge pretty quickly in them too. Unfortunately, the major downside and design flaw of these earbuds is the touch controls. After about a year, I would get phantom "touches" that would lower or raise the volume, or turn off randomly. After ~1.5 years it's become so bad that I've rendered them useless. If Raycan is able to fix this design issue and use a physical press button instead of capacitive touch then I would definitely consider buying again, until then I will likely look for something else. Overall, it has been a good while it lasted and for the value of these earbuds, I think I just about got my money's worth. ... show more

My hubby picked these up to help him enjoy TV, gaming, and his workplace quietly. I have consulted him thoroughly before writing this. The shape of the earbuds works well for his ears. He says they are really comfortable and not fatiguing to have in his ears for long periods of time. He does prefer earbuds to not have the rubber cap that inserts into the ear, so these are a strange exception for him. He says the battery lasts a really long time between charging sessions. He uses them when we are home at the same time, while I WFH making customer calls in the same environment. It has been a game-changer for our dynamic. He bought a dongle to plug into the Playstation controller, so he uses these headphones even for gaming. He says the sound quality with these is amazing and improves the overall experience for him--like he is in the game. ... show more

Sound quality's great, seriously wish I could figure out how to get the hear-through function working because they cancel sound a little too well. Those pressure plates, though. Seriously, I've nearly trashed the things at least twice because I lost a call while simply adjusting them in my ear or because that bass boost function was turned on by accident, and then the bass becomes uncomfortably extreme. These were my first Raycons ever! The sound is actually quite good. That's saying alot for a picky soundwhore I am! Battery life, I can't say much for because I usually have it in the carrying case often as well when I'm around alot of customers. Comfort, my ears are weird and for the rubbers that come on the buds already, do me justice! I mainly got these for use for my phone and to talk to people on. When I saw the reviews on how good they are for the receiving end, they are good! Maybe too good because sadly they pick up everything that's going on around me. Now for the gaming part. I connected them to my pc just to have that convenience of not hooking up my gaming headsets and raycon needs to take out "gaming earbuds" off the packaging. My buds could not stay connected to my pc. When I did connect, the sound only came out of my left ear bud. If I put my face next to my pc, it works fine. No static, both buds work, but sitting a foot away from pc, it disconnects, statics, and quality just isn't the same as hooked up into my phone. So for someone who will use this for their phones, this I would say is perfect! Gaming on your pc, don't bother! This would be junk for you! Since my main reason is for use for my phone, it gets a solid 4 stars! ... show more
