The Ray‑Ban Meta glasses are honestly so cute. They look like regular Ray‑Bans, and the photo quality is great. There is a little front light that flashes when you’re recording is such a win. It keeps everything transparent so people know what’s going on.

The lens transitions are great, but I wish it would go darker. They’re easy to use, but the touch pad is very sensitive, and sometimes I have to try tapping the right spot several times before I get the function I want to work. When I first picked these up, I was surprised how heavy they were. Not crazy heavy, but it’s also understandable because all of the all of the electronics in them. Camera quality is great, sound is great, the case is very sturdy and nice. Glasses also sturdy. I usually have a problem with sunglasses where the hinges get messed up shortly after buying, but the thought put into the build shows that they intended on these being a lasting product. My biggest problems is that they slide down a lot. This is made worse from th weight of them. But I saw that there are accessories you can get that add hooks behind the ears to keep them in place; and the nose bridge area is rather hard, so I’m gonna get some stick on nose cushions. Otherwise, worth the price. Overall, I would absolutely buy again and recommend them to others. ... show more

I love the fit, style, and the functionality of these glasses. I initially got the Oakley style and decided that the look wasn’t for me. I’ve had these glasses translate languages in print and voice. I’ve asked it questions about things I’m viewing and I’ve taken pictures and videos. It’s given me recipes ideas for food items I’ve shared. My phone conversations using these glasses have been smooth and clear. People around me can’t hear what Meta is saying which is great! I love being able to catch a video or a pic in the act without having to run and grab my phone. They are super easy to set up as well. Now the negative- they are not the lightest frames. WASTE OF MONEY!!! The picture and video function works well however the talking capability does not!!! Every time I tried to talk to someone they could not hear me at all!! I kept wiping the microphone and that did not work. I reset them 6 times and that did not work. Also because they are transitional, they don’t turn into sunglasses in the car so I had to ride with sun in my eyes unable to see or take them off and put an actual pair of sunglasses on. This is my second pair of Ray-Ban Meta. I love the 2nd generation. Because of the battery last much longer, I can get a full day worth.. I’m in a car club and I love how I’m able to do video and keep my hands on the steering wheel as you can see the quality is really pretty good.
