Mine sat in the box for a couple of days because I thought it would be difficult to put together. Well, finally took it out of the box and checked all parts which were all there. I called my neighbor to help me open the bottom and also to put on the cover for the springs. That was the difficult part. The rest was pretty easy when I figured it out. It didn't take very long to put it together. Its a lot of fun and bounces really good. I figure that the grand kids could also use it when they visit so I bought the 48 inch. The media could not be loaded. I bought this for me to use for the health benefits. I was pleased because it was much bigger than I envisioned, which gives me a larger surface to help keep myself stable while jogging. Due to neurological problems, my balance is not very good. But I am able to use it with no problems, especially since there is the bar you can hang onto if you need to, which I do. The bar is slightly wobbly, but we have tightened the screws, so I still feel comfortable using it for balance reasons. I also like how the handle is padded and is completely adjustable for different heights. The quality is excellent, it is very durable, and was relatively easy to assemble, taking maybe about 30 minutes. I have it in my living room and jump while watching tv. You will definitely feel the burn in your calves after even just five minutes of jumping. I really love this and am excited to use it everyday. ... show more

It’s very sturdy and well-made. Nice material. It arrived a day later than expected. But some of the triangle pieces don’t have the holes from the jump pad fully on them. And I don’t have a tool to help me fix this. There are two, directly across from each other. So I’m kind of nervous to get back on it and try to jump. I took it all apart after putting it together because of this. Put it back together. They look like after jumping on it a bit, they’ll break. So now I feel like I have a piece of equipment I spent all this money on, I can’t even use. But it definitely nice. ... show more

This is a great exercise unit, but it came with a flaw on the pad and I’m worried that it will frey like “cut” more and not be safe. I tried to contact as I haven’t used it yet but the window to return has expired.

The trampoline needs two different handrail supports, each different from the other. Mine came with two of one of the supports and none of the other. When I contacted the company through the only contact information given in the manual, I was told I had the wrong company. The number I called was water sports only. Actually, the web site where I found the phone number was water sports only as well. Terrible quality control, both in the manual and in the packaging. The one-star rating is for those problems, not for the trampoline itself. I haven't had a chance to try it out. But it goes together easily enough, and appears sturdy. ... show more
