Initially I was impressed with the rope chain, but after a year it turned blue/green. Since the seller advertises a lifetime warranty I contacted them for a replacement. They asked for a picture (which I sent) and told me they'd send another chain, and gave an expected arrival date. When it passed I wrote them again and was given an order number and told that Amazon handled it, so I'd have to follow-up with them. Amazon said the order number given wasn't a "valid" one and that I needed to contact the seller. I advised Waitsoul of this and said I'd like a refund if they couldn't fulfill their warranty. The next day I received a refund, though I would have preferred a replacement chain. Update 10/25/23 - The seller contacted me wanting to make things right, and shortly thereafter I received a replacement chain. It's very nice and I hope to enjoy it for many years. It’s a beautiful necklace. I have purchased 3 of these total. One is now in 3 pieces. I’ve had it fixed 3 times and i think it’s done for at this point. Easy to put on and the sizes it comes in are perfect. I just wish it was a little more durable and had a better clasp… they do hold up to showers and pools etc. every day wear is fine. ... show more

I bought three different kinds of chains from this seller: a 7mm Cuban 24k gold, a 5mm Cuban gold, and a 5mm rope gold. I was not satisfied by the difference in color, as you can see in the picture. All items are different shades of gold, which doesn't allow you to mix and match the chains if you want to go for different looks. Also, you can tell the lengths might be incorrect, which is not a good look for the brand. The price point is good, but not enough to give it more stars. Amazon could not help me with this issue,and neither would the jeweler that made and sold it through Amazon. After talking with Amazon CS and getting nowhere. The jeweler that sold the chain Waitsoul Jewlers contacted me,and sent me a brand new chain. Free of charge. I received it in 3 days. Such a quality necklace for such a great price. Its sturdy and thick. The color is bright and shiny but not so shiny that it doesn't fit in next to another gold chain. The rope design is beautiful. Recommended brand for jewlery.
