He is a couple pounds shy of 90# and his chest is 1" smaller than the recommended chest size, but since I couldn't find a teen/junior life jacket in stock anywhere, I opted for this. The arm holes are a little big (he's still growing), but we can cinch it up to fit him snugly and it works great for our time on the lake.He's pretty picky about comfort and the neoprene is soft and doesn't rub around his neck. This life vest fits on the small size. Looks great in white. The ladies love it. But note that it will need to be washed more often cuase its white. Great price and would buy again.
