I am 6'3", 350lbs. I was looking for a bike that I did not have to worry about breaking. The bike came packaged quite well. I am very mechanically inclined. The assembly was strait forward and easy. There are many YouTube videos on how to assemble. spent some time adjusting the handlebars. I also spent the most amount of time adjusting the brake calipers to be true. The rear bike rack was welded or warped a little and one bar would not line up with the threaded bung on the bike. I took my porta power and bent It strait. I had seen the issue where they had some that were having issues. The Facebook group Rattan was making it right. I had a way to fix it, so I did. The overall size of this bike is huge, the tires are massive. I don't feel like a big guy on a little bike. The brakes are great prepared to what we had as kids. I was scared of buying the bike and not having enough power. That has not been the case. I am very impressed. I have 10 miles on the bike, It is winter here in Montana. Look forward to laying down some miles this spring. The welds on the aluminum frame bike look great. I did change the seat out to a fat kid seat. As of right now I think the Bike is allot of value for the dollar, and very inexpensive in the ebike world. Time will tell. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. -Works with the integrated battery. This battery is much easier to mount and take off of the frame. -Easy to assemble, all you need to assemble is the headlights, front wheels, pedals, fenders, rear rack. Take about 30minutes for assemble. -Adjustable seat and step-thru frame, it can accommodate a most of riders (5’5” to 6’6″ is what they say). I’m 5’6″ tall for reference. -The bike felt very comfortable and stable to me due to the wide stable 4''fat tires and hydraulic suspension fork. -A strong hydraulic disc brakes ! The levers are easier to squeeze, offer adjustable reach for different hand sizes, and have a cutoff switch that stops the motor and activates the rear light to go bright. -The bike comes with durable plastic fenders. They help keep water from getting on the frame. They seemed light and quiet, i could easily remove them if i want. -Love the thumb throttle and sturdy platform pedals, throttle provides full power on all levels of assist. I can get a quick boost when riding in lower levels of assist. -750w motorand 8-speed shimano is very capable and powerful, it performed well during climb tests and off-road. -The elongated rear rack can support baskets, bags, panniers, a passenger seat, or a child seat -I appreciate the usb charging port on thedisplay, no need to worry about the charging cable will be caught in chain. -Leather ergonomic grips look great and provide good comfort. Cons: I don't like the seat,not comfor for me. Like my previous electric bikes all need to buy a new seat. all in all,It’s commuter and ready, having fenders, lights, and a rear rack, and also trail capable, having 4‘’ fat tires and a powerful 750 watt motor that can reach up to 28mph. This is my second e-bike and i was quite concerned before getting it. A bike that costs over $1,700, but it is worth the money. My first bike had an exposed battery. After riding for a period of time, and the battery dropped, i couldn't use it normally. I tried to contact the seller about the issues, but i didn't get any reply.I tried to fix it but unfortunately failed, then i lost my first e-bike. I discovered that there are in-tube batteries for electric bikes, which is more durable and safe. This was exactly what i wanted. I made some research on youtube and decided to choose pathfinder by comparing some brand. I sent some messages to them for more detailed information about bike and rattan customer service replied on 24hours. I told them about my terrible experience with my first bike and they told me that the probability of this happening with an in-tube battery is low-probability, if the electric bike has any problems, i can contact them by phone or email and they will reply within 24 hours or go to rattan's electric bike repair station for repairing. I live in California, and there is a rattan electric bike repair store nearby me. Finally, i decided to buy a green step-over ebike. I placed the order on apr 2 and received it on apr 5, faster than i expected. I had already seen the unboxing video on youtube, so i spent about 20 minutes to assemble the bike. Pros: --750w hub motor and 8-speed shifter make climbing up hills a breeze --Hydraulic brakes perform very well on the downhill and the fenders provide great support when i ride on roads. --Sturdy rear rack, I can strap my bag to the rear rack it's easy and convenient. --The lighting system performs very well. The headlight and taillight are very bright. The taillight flashes when braking, providing a clear and prominent signal to the vehicles and pedestrians behind. The large and bright headlight offers more security when i ride at night. --Full-color display is easily visible even during daytime riding or i can check the distance, battery, and other information through the app. Cons: The bike does not come with mirrors and the seat is kind of small for me. I may need to buy a new seat. It is great value for the money. I don’t see anything that could go wrong with this purchase. ... show more
