Surprisingly Excellent High‑Speed PLA+ — Consistent, Clean, and Truly Fast

I’ve tested a lot of PLA+ over the years, especially on printers tuned for higher‑speed workflows, and this one genuinely impressed me in ways I didn’t expect at this price point. Print Quality & Speed - Running this on my Ender‑3 Max Neo with a 0.8 mm nozzle, I pushed speeds up to 350–400 mm/s for functional parts and calibration models. What stood out immediately was the layer consistency — even at speeds where most budget filaments start to show rippling or under‑extrusion, this spool held a smooth, even flow. At more typical speeds (150–200 mm/s), the prints look almost injection‑molded. Corners stay sharp, bridging is reliable, and the filament doesn’t “fuzz” or string the way some PLA+ blends do. Dimensional Accuracy - I printed several test pieces with tight tolerances, including snap‑fit parts and a hinge mechanism. Every dimension came out within expected tolerances without needing to tweak flow rate. That’s rare for a filament marketed as “high‑speed.” Color - The color saturation is even across the entire spool, with no visible pigment banding. Spool Winding & Handling - No crossovers, no tangles, and the filament feeds smoothly from start to finish. Moisture resistance also seems solid; even after leaving the spool out overnight, I didn’t get the popping or micro‑bubbles that cheaper filaments sometimes show. Strength & Durability - This PLA+ blend has noticeably better impact resistance than standard PLA. I Gridfinity components that gets handled daily, and it feels sturdy without being brittle. Flexural strength is also better than expected — also great for brackets, jigs, and functional parts. Final Thoughts - The DEEPLEE Rapid PLA Plus hits that sweet spot between speed, reliability, and print quality. It behaves like a premium filament but stays budget‑friendly, and it’s now one of the spools I reach for when I need consistent results without babysitting the printer. Good filament priced right

We use PLA and often PETG (for outdoors items) on our printers (Bambu and Qidi) to print household and decorative items. This brand printed well and without any flaws and clogs. First layer adhesion is great and we did not have any issues. The filament is priced right -especially on the multipacks- and is shipped very fast. We always look for well priced quality PLA and PETG this brand worked well for us. Please note the cardboard spools, we used SUNLU and Bambu reuseable spools to avoid problems. Highly recommended!

Very nice bundle, It Prints out very clean "Printed With Kobra X" Very durable compared to a typical pla, but can still be printed at high speeds. It was spooled nicely, and has been compatible with every printer I own. Each roll came tightly sealed with no moisture, and stayed dry after a few nights. I highly recommend this product

Followed the temp instructions and it prints great. It runs hotter than regular PLA but it does wonders on the prints. Gets a smooth finish and you can run it a bit faster.

This filament is great and has given me some of the best prints in a while. Beware of the support material being much harder to remove than typical! I advise you run some tests to determine your printer's settings for support material and check the ease of clearing material especially in tight spaces.
