We had a couple minor issues but EKON Kitchens is a very professional company to work with and they went overboard to make things right for us. These fans are very well built and they are packaged better than any other item that I've ordered online. They are beautiful and reasonably quiet for a 900 CFM blower fan. This is a great product. We did not do the installation but my brother said it was not a big problem. The fan works great. It has several speeds. The noise is about usual as any other fan. It has a remote control but I seldom use it. The led lights are very bright and can be dimmed which is a great feature. It is very sleek and clean looking. Purchased this exhaust vent and paid to have it professionally installed. After about a week of use the fan started to shut off with the electronic interface still showing it was running. Unplugged it to reboot and no that was no help. Even changed outlets and nothing but a few hours of down time would cause it to come back on. The person we hired to install it came and looked and said it was defective. Messaged Amazon and they refered us to the manufacturer who said they did not know but to send it back. So now I have to pay to have it taken down, pay to send it in, so I can pay to have it installed again. I would not suggest Ekon to anyone, they do not take care of their customer and Im also disappointed in Amazon as well. ... show more
