We purchased 2 of these on Sept. 14th, 2022... last month we noticed that one of them was leaking but couldn't initially figure out where the leak was... after further inspection we found the one of the seams ,on the bottom, had failed. It is easy to use, assemble, maneuver, but having the bottom seam fail after 6 months of use? That doesn't really make it worth the price, in my estimate. ... show more

Just once I dropped the wand onto a concrete floor and that's all it took for the hose tip to crack. The wand is made out of plastic and weighs almost nothing. Finding spare parts for this unit is difficult so you're screwed if this happens. Most sites want to sell you the $5 wand replacement with the lowest shipping rate of something like $30. Either save your money and go with another product or use in an environment entirely composed of bubble wrap. ... show more
