The media could not be loaded. I read that some people were dissatisfied that their floss was polyester and not cotton. Mine says 100% cotton on each skein and it is definitely cotton. It’s not quite DMC quality … it’s more like Anchor … but I needed a questionable color of blue for a counted cross stitch project and this selection gave me a great range of blues to choose from. I found the perfect color in this selection for my project so it was a good purchase for me. It provides great coverage when stitching 2 over 1 on 14 count or 18 count Aida so I’m sure the remaining colors will come in handy in the future.

Pleased to report that this is genuine natural fiber, and not synthetic. It clearly passed the burn test and didn't melt like plastic. I only embroider with cotton and so many of these deals on Amazon claim to be 100% cotton but definitely are not. I took a risk on these and lucked out. Great variety of colors. I will probably buy the complete set now that I know what I'm dealing with.
