First of all, the design is so cool and unique. Our kids absolutely love the colorful LEDs. The rubber button was missing when the umbrella arrived, but we were able stick our fingers inside to activate the lights and we needed an umbrella right away for the rainy weather. We reached out to the seller and asked for a replacement button. The seller responded right away and said they don't have spare buttons, but they would send a whole new umbrella free of charge. Not only did a replacement umbrella arrive, but two additional ones - with batteries included! So now we have a total of four umbrellas for the price of one. This is the 2nd LED UMBRELLA from this company I own. The previous one lasted less than a year before the one of the short ribs came right off and then one of the long ribs that basically hold up the umbrella. However before that I would get compliments on it and people wanted to know where I bought it. I walk my dog even when it's a light drizzle outside so it comes in handy. He loves his walk so we can let light rain stop us! LOL Well I finally had to buy a new one and decided to get this one again in black since it's really the only one I found that has the LED lights exactly how I want them. It really a cute and fund umbrella. Well this new one, the tie wrap was hanging on by a literal thread. It came right off with the plastic wrap it comes in. So I am sending back. Due to the price there is no way I am keeping as is. Other than that the light work perfect and it's overall a nice umbrella that I am sure will serve its purpose for a couple of months. ... show more

I love this umbrella! It is the coolest thing! Sadly, the quality is really cheap so I’m not expecting it to last long but I really hope it does!! Love it!! Update! I’ve used the umbrella twice and it’s broken. One of plastic bars just cracked off the SECOND time I used it. It was so cool but way too cheaply made. Don’t waste your money like I did. ... show more

I mostly walk or use public transportation, and in the winter it gets real dark quick, and people drive like complete maniacs, so I wanted to get a "PLEASE DON'T HIT ME WITH YOUR CAR" umbrella, and with all the flashing lights on the canopy and the flashlight in the handle, this was the perfect fit. I was a bit worried about the build quality for the price (expecially the plastic skeleton), but other than the on button for the lights migrating a bit, this inexpensive and awesomely gaudy spectacle of a rain deterrent has been fantastic! It's withstood a pretty good amount of use, some general abuse, and a lot of foul weather and still works perfectly. I will be getting these as gifts for friends in the future. ... show more
