Really affordable and easy solution for windows where you need some privacy. For whatever reason we have windows in both of our bathrooms facing the street and one of the is in the SHOWER. This window cling was easy to measure and cut precisely (I purposely picked a pattern with lines so I could cut it straight). It's super easy to install and since it's not sticky (it's a cling), it's very forgiving if you mess up. You can apply it as many times as you need. Then I squee-geed out the bubbles with a credit card. You can't even tell it's a cling right away - it looks like it could be the style of the window glass. It's also waterproof and suitable for shower windows.

The film is thick and of good quality. The squares are tiny and not as iridescent or "rainbow-y" as I wanted. You can definitely see through it from the outside. It was fairly easy to install, frustration level about a 2. Gave it a 4 because it is more see-through than it advertises, but it is good quality.

I love that it lets the sun in and makes pretty rainbows when the sun shines directly through the window, and diffuses the light enough that it's not blinding. As far as privacy, you can still see through from the outside, but all you can see is blurry blobs of color, so I consider that to be good enough. I highly recommend this product if you're tired of curtains making your rooms dark and dreary and want to let the sun into your house!

This film provides privacy. light and beautiful very slight twinkle due to the mosaic. Easy to install if you follow the directions. I used a spray bottle with water, a 4 inch plastic scraper and some towels to wipe excess water. Yes, it is a bit frustrating separating the plastic backing off the film, however if you use tape on each side of the film in a corner and pull, it will eventually separate. It took me about 30 seconds on average to separate. You can see the window with and without the curtain. I am completely satisfied with the results and wish I had done this sooner. On my side windows I used frosted film because I wanted the mosaic only on the front window. I've included a picture of the frosted side windows

I did have my husband install it because he's better at getting out any bubbles, but it looks easy when he did it. I love the end product which allows me to have light coming in the bathroom window without seeing in!

Vendor, the product arrived in a clear color, not rainbow (as described). I wasn’t able to tell it wasn’t rainbow until it was on the window (cut to window size). They backing took longer to remove (yes, I used tape as suggested), than to measure, cut, and apply the film to the window. I bought this years ago for my basement windows (received the rainbow color back then) and it is still perfectly attached. This product would be a 5 star +, if it came in color that I ordered.
