After a few weeks of use, I think the Goimu squat rack is of good quality. It is very strong and sturdy, and there are no signs of looseness. I usually do strength training at home for 30 minutes twice a day. The manufacturer says that the maximum load capacity is 2,000 pounds, which is a concern for me. In my actual daily training, I usually don't have such a high load capacity, so there is no problem with bench presses or stretching. The Goimu power cage comes with some accessories for easy use. I especially like the T-bar to strengthen my back muscles. If you use other accessories, you have to adjust the different rack shapes according to your needs. Because these accessories are very easy to install and remove, it will be easier to clean. Oh, by the way, the pulley system uses precision bearing pulleys and PU steel wire ropes, which slide very smoothly and almost without noise, which I like. The installation process does not take long. I am lazy and spent an afternoon to complete it. I think the difficulty is relatively simple. Just like some furniture cabinets you buy, you can basically complete it according to the installation instructions. I finally decided to buy this power cage after thinking for a long time. Compared with the previous need to go to the gym every time, it is much more convenient, and private use is much cleaner than outside.

To begin, the power cage looks very nice and is a great space saver for me. However, the instructions were not the most direct at times, so take care when reading them and make sure poles are facing the correct ways when assembling. The cable pulley system is not good right out of the box. The plastic bushings that go in the pulley wheels create too much friction and don’t allow the wheels to spin freely. This makes the weight get “stuck” as you try to lower it and actually began cutting into the coating on the wires after only a couple tugs with only 25 pounds on it. I am going to try spraying some silicone spray into the bushings now to see if that works. All in all, if the bushings weren’t a problem, this is definitely a 5 star power cage, but considering I got it specifically because it has a cable system attached to it, it was a bummer to see that this was not functional straight out of the box.

Be sure you pay very close attention to the instructions. For some reason the weight holder installation is at the very end of the assembly and I didn't realize but I had the bars on backwards so my weight holders face inward instead of outward. Not a deal breaker but kind of annoying. The gym set accomplishes what it needs to though! Great accessories and nice footprint. The pull up handles are smooth metal so might be good to wear gloves because it does get slippery. Very happy with my purchase and can't wait to add some more accommodations.

I was wanting to get a home gym so I could be more consistent and didn’t have to wait for the gym to not be packed. I bought this on their sale during Christmas. I was a gym regular but this rack has replaced that. Instructions are pretty easy to follow, built solid. I loaded it up with CAP 260lb weights and have gotten all of the use out of this. Not to mention all the attachments are pretty solid! Cables could be smoother but it gets the job done. I was a little hesitant because I had done research on top brands, but was out of my budget. If you’re looking for a starter home gym pretty solid IMO.

I would give this more stars if I could. First, I could not find the hardware and insisted it was not there. GOIMU graciously shipped me another entire box because it was faster than just shipping the hardware. The whole time they were very polite and worked very hard to resolve my issue and I was 100% wrong. The installation was relatively simple the unit is very stable. I would absolutely recommend this unit because it is good quality and GOIMU's customer support was above and beyond.

Great piece of equipment. Instructions to build are horrible, previous steps will have you messing up the next step then you will have to go back and redo the previous steps. Packaged nicely and arrive in a reasonable amount of time. This machine comes in 4 separate boxes. I also bought a hack squat machine and leg curl.
