They messaged me before processing to make sure they fit my vehicle and if I had any questions. And I was messaged when each phase of processing and shipping occured. Shipping was quick and painless. Unfortunately the tech that told me I needed new brakes and rotors lied. And since it was sold as a kit and my husband put the pads on and then told me I didn't need the rotors, I can't return them. I may eventually need them but it is money I didn't need to spend especially since my husband does need rotors on his truck soon. Not R2 Concepts fault, but irritating none the less. Just got them in and the shipping was almost perfect, everything is individually packaged with the rotors being wrapped in plastic package minus for one. Which the one not wrapped is scratched and chipped. I don't know if that will effect performance but I'll update the review if it does.

I was worried that they would not fit that do I would suggest getting the rotor screws amazing suggestions I had to replace 2 of my screws over all 10/10 must have for my 2019 Kia forte fe stops on the dime and looks amazing
