Messaged customer support…they’re trash. My brakes and rotors made noise right off the bat. They replied saying “we don’t hear any sound in the video” which it was extremely loud. Then they asked me to give them the mechanic invoice…maybe they think it’s rocket science, but putting on brakes and rotors is the easiest thing to do lol. I’ve done all my brake work on all of my cars (full built b18 ek9, K swapped eg6, etc) never had any brake and rotor issues first install with any other company and brand. They kept saying installer error to void fault of putting together crappy parts. Click on any of their ig ads and you’ll see how many people talk bad about them. And they do delete comments. Secondly, those IG ads I talked about…most of them are people doing this in their garage to show how “easy it is to install”. Then they said it was an aggressive set up…lol I’ve had carbon ceramic brakes, that’s aggressive, drilled and slotted rotors are not aggressive. The quality is truly terrible and I would not recommend R1 concepts to anybody. Especially if you’re a true car enthusiast who works on their own car…you immediately void warranty on them having anything to do with them producing the most trash products out there. Never bashed a company and a brand like this as the car community is super tight and I know too many businesses closely. But this is the one that definitely deserved it for a crap product and crap customer service. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BALL OUT ON BREMBO!!!! ... show more

There are a few extra clips that aren’t mentioned nor tells you what they may be for and I received a free pair of work gloves size M. Whelp my hands haven’t fit a medium glove since I was 13 so let the customer choose the size glove needed. Other than that, all else looks great and we shall see how they hold up. ... show more
