They were bought as "Used - Like New". They came quickly. The rotors were each in their own sealed boxes with each pair of brake pads sealed with them. They did not come with new caliper brake pad clips but that was fine. I cleaned my old ones and used a wire brush to clean the caliper boot. The fit of the rotors was perfect and lined up exactly to the screw holes on my KIA Soul+. The pads are perfect and there's no squeaking or pulling when the brakes are applied. ... show more

Junk. I purchased a set of eLine front pads and rotors for my neighbors 2019 Forte back on 7/22/24. I purchased them mainly because of the price and the one year warranty which it clearly states in the detail section. I also purchased new clips and springs from my local Hyundai dealer since they don’t come in this kit. Fast forward to today when my neighbor says he hears scraping noise. The wheels are covered in brake dust and the pads are paper thin. I call R1 since, hey, they are within the 1 year warranty (less than 7,000 miles). The online tech was nice, but informed me that the pads only have a 30 day warranty. There is nothing in the warranty info on the Amazon advertisement that states that the pads have anything less than the 1 year warranty. FYI when I took the brakes apart the caliper pistons slid back easily, the slides slid properly with the grease I installed still looking brand new and the pads popped away from the rotor because of the spring clips, so nothing was binding. Both left and right side brake pads were worn out evenly. Rotors had very little wear. And yes, I did do the proper break in procedure when I installed them. These pads remind me of the old organic pads that wore out within 10k back in the day. ... show more
