Works great!
Color: Gray
We absolutely have loved our fireplace. When our furnace stopped working, this helped heat our little house. It isn't loud and it looks great in our home.

Wonderful fireplace
Perfect size for a smaller room. We put this in our sunroom when the mornings or evenings are a little chilly. Very well made, nice quality. Easy to assemble. We are happy with the amount of heat this puts out. No complaints. Fast delivery.

Not oversized
Color: Black
Love my fireplace so much. Assembly was easy. Great value for the money, was hoping it was a little bigger but still very happy with it. Appearance and color are a perfect black. So extremely pleased with it. The flame & heat settings are just right.

Nice looking!
Easy assembly, looks nice, appears realistic! Heater is small, but does take the chill out of the room.

Not as expected Not as expected
The unit looks good from the distance but came with issues. I am not going to return since I already assembled it and threw away the box. I do not recommend.

Missing parts update Missing parts update
Received incomplete package, no heater insert, maybe will arrive later, but there is no info about it. The worst thing is that was unable to put it together due to missing metal hole insert. Without this part it is impossible to connect parts. Also one part has large defect on the front. Very disappointing. Now I have to put all parts to box and return it. It’ s heavy and seriously I don’t know how I will do that. It was my early Christmas gift which I waiting whole year.* UPDATE * Contacted seller and they offered me to buy parts on their cost or send me missing one. I decided to wait for parts. All process took extra week. I finally put fireplace together and looks good. Was easy assembly. Heater came separate few days after framing and works good. If on the beginning I received completed item definitely I will rate it higher. But because this inconvenient I rate item 3*.
