The item was sent defective. I noticed over time that the power light went on and off. Initially I thought that maybe my electrical socket wasn't working properly. I had an electrician come to the home and replace the GFI. The freezer turned on and abruptly went off again. I can't believe that they would ship a defective item out of their warehouse.

Ordered the Freezer and it came at a decent time. The freezer is the perfect size, but after plugging it in for 2.5 days, it did not freeze or cool at all. I hear the freezer running when I turn it on, but I only smell the burning plastic and nothing else happens. I reached out to request a replacement. I really like the freezer. Just need one that's not defective. Maybe damaged during shipping? Not sure.
