The media could not be loaded. First of all, this came in two separate boxes, but they came on the same day, which was great! There were approximately 10 distinct pieces for the frame build-out. It comes with a little handheld wrench and all the hardware - it took me about 90 minutes to put this together. You have to be visually able to look at instructions and assemble accordingly, because there are no written instructions. It would’ve been nice if there were written instructions because on two of the front side pieces, the screws are slightly too long, and on one of them I overtightened and bumped out the press-wood enough to notice a bulge: Nothing fatal, but I wasn’t happy because its now a minor, but permanent blemish on the front side. A few of the pieces (as you can see) it came with manufacturing damage, but it wasn’t enough to make me want to return it. For something in this big I usually just try to deal with it, because it’s too much of a hassle to send it back. The fireplace insert (which came separately) will require a little Phillips screwdriver and I recommend a small nail & hammer to give the screw a tiny 1/8” starter hole or it’s hard to screw right into the hard laminated press wood. It’s a lovely fireplace that is just the right size for my 600 sq foot farmhouse cottage. It powered right on and blew HOT heat (you can easily switch that off for warmer months). The flame is ok - definitely not realistic, but of course this is an electric fireplace, which is obvious - but the flame is lovely and adds a very nice ambience to the room it’s in. Would I buy this again? Yes I would. Would I recommend this? Yes I would, absolutely. And the size is perfect: Make sure you check the measurements so you know exactly what you’re getting. This is much taller and wider than a lot of these little fireplaces, so it presents much more substantially. 5-stars all around! Buy it.

I love this little fireplace. Please be sure to check the measurements. It is small but it was perfect for where I wanted to put it. It seems to work good, although I only turned it on to make sure it worked and it put out good heat. I love the flames. It looks very realistic. I think it is made out of real wood, which is very nice. It does not have a back. Be sure to look at the pictures. It looks exactly like the pictures. One of the best things about it was that it came put together. You just take it out of the box and plug it in.

I ordered this over a year ago to add some warmth to the living room of my apartment. A year later, no regrets...even after a dog chewed up the remote, so now I have to use the control panel to switch it on and off. It really does create a cozy vibe in the apartment that the beige walls and manufactured floors were severely lacking. There are three heat levels: no heat (and no fan), level one, and level two. Neither heat levels are particularly warm, but left on for an hour or so, really does create an ambient warmth in the entire room without any other heat source. There is a blowing fan noise when the heat is running, but it's pretty low volume and non-disruptive and a good reminder that the heat is on and needs to be shut off before leaving the house. The flame is obviously fake, but still tasteful. I run it at night even during the summer sometimes, as the warm glow is comforting. The mantel is sturdy and instructions easy to follow. I think it took me 30 minutes total to assemble. Recently, I accidentally got the fan implement slightly wet while deep cleaning the couch cushions, and the heat element stopped working. I thought I was doomed, but after letting the unit dry out overnight, the heat is functioning again. Must be a safeguard build into it to shut off when wet. So glad i don't have to repair or replace. Overall, great quality and lots of compliments from guests who just assumed the unit was built in with the apartment.

Bought this 1-Feb 2024, used for a couple months through the winter months - worked just fine. Went to turn it on in November the same year and nothing happens. Doesn’t put off heat nor do the lighted flames work. Essentially quit working after 2 months of use. Very disappointed as I had permanently installed into the trim in our master bedroom. Have contacted the seller hoping for resolution - will update this review as needed, but based on my experience with this product, I would not recommend purchasing this product.

I love this electric fireplace! It’s just the right size and gives off enough heat to take the chill off. It’s just was a little tough for me to put together but I’m also 59, have arthritis and wanted to use it upstairs. So I just took the slow and steady route by carrying up the pieces and then following directions of putting it together. I also took a lot of breaks. I was quite proud that I did this myself. I am very happy with how it looks.

We’ve had this for two seasons now, and use it every night in the winter in our master bedroom. It warms up the room quickly. The only thing I’d have done differently is get a larger size for appearance and height, however it fits the available space we have perfectly and fit our budget when we were desperately looking for a heater. We love that there are two heater levels. Very often after 2-3 hours of heating, we have to turn it down to heater 1 only, because it is so warm in the room.

I love this electric fireplace. It is absolutely beautiful and it adds so much character to our living room. I have so much fun decorating it each season. It is easy to dust and keep clean and has worked well now for over a year. It heats up a small space well, but don't expect any heat similar to a real fireplace. We mainly wanted it for the ambiance, which it drastically improves whether on or not. Highly recommend!
