Product arrived in a timely manner but the unit hasn't performed to my expectations. Only used the ac unit and doesn't seem to cool the bed room which is less than 300sq ft. Seems to struggle at times like it's trying to take a second breath. The outlet hose is fine but the attachment is totally useless. It covers the vent hole so you can't properly close the window without it venting out. ... show more
