So simple to put together and makes cleaning the fish tank so much easier!! The aqueon brand I had bought previously was such a pain and so difficult to use but this one gets the job done! I read reviews that your hands do cramp up and that’s true but it’s not terrible. Also the scraper is not the best to clean the glass. It feels a little cheap. Hence why only the 4 stars. Overall definitely recommend to make your life easier when cleaning the fish tank!! ... show more

I ordered it to come same day to clean my aquarium. I’ve only had my fish about a week, but my water has been running for two. I couldn’t make it to the store for a gravel cleaner, and i’m glad i couldn’t! This worked soooo good, i didn’t even realize how much work it does on its own!! Hello. This was a great product while it worked, I used it four times and on the fifth, it stopped working; no suction was being made. I was disappointed, it was good while it lasted.

    • Not enough suction
I so wanted this product to work. There is just not enough suction generated to lift the column of water into the handle and then to keep the flow going. The water eventually got to the handle with a lot of pumping but the flow was just not maintained. That was with just one tube. The second extension tube made it even worse. I was disappointed in its lack of performance. I have yet to find a product that works as well as the water faucet powered ones. I just don’t have a faucet near me for this one particular tank. ... show more

This product is super easy to assemble (and disassemble) and to use. You will see how absolutely disgusting the water is down in the gravel. Even with a filter and frequent water changes, the water from the gravel area came out VERY dark gray! My fish was both happier, and healthier after using this. ... show more

Easy to understand and use- works well to quickly clean aquarium gravel/rocks. We use every other day and my teens have no complaints about using it nor do the fish seem to mind.
