These are made for furniture moving, and they're built well so I'm sure they would work well for that, however I used them to support a gate on my driveway that I built to keep the dogs out of the street. Good quality and sturdy.

Used these to move a set of wooden shelves in my garage ~400 lbs of solid wood! Unloaded the shelves, jacked up one end and put it on the wheels, then the other. Was able to maneuver the shelves quite easily into their new location in the garage. Moving them was a lot easier than I anticipated--nice and smooth. We were hoping these dollies would allow us to move our large Teakwood table. The table legs fit down in the dollies well, but when pushed across the carpet the legs don’t stay seated. The small wheels work well on hardwood floors, but not carpet. We’ve since bought similar dollies with larger wheels, and they work on both the hardwood & carpet. ... show more
