After having brain surgery in the hospital, the hospital staff would put leg compression devices on me to help facilitate recovery. I found it so comforting and soothing, I wanted to look for a set to keep at home. The combination of air compression and the heat is a plus as the ones I used in the hospital did not have heat as an option. This one has various modes and intensities you can adjust depending on your preferences. I like that this can be adjusted based on your size and also that it comes with an easy to use and intuitive controller. I find this soothing to use at any point in the day but especially in the evening when my legs are tired. It doesn’t quite replace a full massage of course but it’s a great tool to have at home. I think it will help with lymphatic drainage as well. I like that the liner can be washed as well, and different members of the family can use this. It’s also at a great price point, comparatively. I highly recommend this to anyone - I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it again!

These air boots really do work to relieve pressure in my feet and legs! I have plantar fascitis and regularly have foot, leg and back pain/fatigue that can be very painful particularly in the morning. I stand all day for work on concrete floors and use ladders and scaffolding. Full disclosure, I also wear arch supports and use anti fatigue floor mats to keep things under control. Actually using these: I use them after work with my feet up on the couch, often with my back on a heating pad and wedge pillow. I run the pre programmed 20 minute cycle with heat on. The Velcro straps can take awhile to adjust and reposition. A little can go a long way to make it too tight or loose. For example, thicker socks can make it too tight! I found tightening the ankle strap really helped get the foot part compressing. Once I found the right fit I'm able to slip them on and off so the straps don't get moved. If I've had a really long day, sometimes I run the cycle twice and/or in the morning as well. Only complaint: the heat function does not work regularly but honestly I don't really care because of how much the compression action helps.

I have to say this brand is really top notch. I love this fit so many reasons but before I get into that, I must share that I also have another version of this product by the same brand but it has a thigh section and uses a zipper instead of velcro. I love that this one only goes to the knee as it’s less bulky and super quick to slip your feet in and go, however, I really wish this used the zipper instead of velcro as that zipper is a game changer to avoid hearing the velcro when inflating and avoid it accidentally opening, as well. Regardless, as long as you ensure the button is snapped and velcro secured appropriately, it works like a dream! Completely opens with generous amount of velcro to fit a variety of sized legs/feet & has three options (low/medium/high) for heat as well as compression levels. I’d suggest once you fit it to your legs, just slide off when done to avoid wearing out the velcro. You could also adjust as needed to tighten a bit when off and then just slip your feet in next time - easier sometimes to do when off vs wearing! This product really helps with pain relief, increasing better circulation, as well as a great way to support muscle recovery. Having the ability to custom size to your foot along with all the options for air compression levels really & truly makes this a one size fits all product!! It’s super quiet (besides the velcro crackling a bit) and the well crafted with durable material for a great construction. The fact that this is HSA/FSA approved is so amazing especially right now at the end of year as I have some funds needing to be spent that won’t roll over. Love this product, I have terrible circulation but my legs and toes feel so good after using. Recommend to any and every one!!
