The Quictent Greenhouse came well packaged with instruction book. It took about an hour to assemble. Make sure you take inventory, identify and separate parts before you start. Listen for the Snap when putting 2 parts together! The Snap tells you that the piece is seated, making the overall unit sturdy and level. It's not hard - just detailed. We discovered an opening about 5 inches long in the cover. Wasn't that big of a hole but the concern was the separation would/could grow each time the door was zipped opened and closed - shortening the life span of the greenhouse. I contacted Amazon - they requested I disassemble the greenhouse and return it. I then contacted the seller, Quictent. Martina, from customer service, responded immediately. Very friendly, pleasant and easy to work with. I provided the necessary information and pictures and was immediately sent a new cover! NO disassembling the greenhouse! Thank You Martina! We live in Zone Seven. I purchased this greenhouse to save my potted Hibiscus tree from dying over the cold winter months. I am posting a couple of pictures. One of the sad Hibiscus tree when I first put it in the Greenhouse - another after spending 2 days in the greenhouse - looking healthy and happy!!! It's warm and toasty inside with just the right amount of humidity. I love the screened door and the 3 windows for air flow. You control the temperature while still protecting the plants. Didn't see this option on the other greenhouses in this price range. Also posting a couple of pictures of the assembled greenhouse with the new cover. We put down a floor under the greenhouse to prevent cold drafts and crawling bugs from entering in from the bottom. The timeline: Ordered the greenhouse on a Saturday. Received it on Tuesday and assembled the same day, Contacted Quictent on Wednesday about the hole and received new cover the following Monday via FedEx. So just a little over a week from ordering to finished job.. Right now .... We are very pleased with the completed Quictent Greenhouse!. Five (5) stars for both the Greenhouse and the Excellent Customer Service! Will update if things change!

Very quick shipping and arrived well packaged. Even though it is a single page of instructions it basically repeats a pattern and once you have it figured out goes together quickly. I did give every joint a tap with my fist to seat them in and it makes a click sound when it is well seated. Has survived a couple decent wind storms, I do have weight on the bottom frame to help hold it down. It's decent size for a homeowner and I am 5'11 and can stand up straight in the middle. Bought a thermometer and a decent heater and even on very low heat on a 30° night it keeps it 50° inside. The windows are a must compared to other manufacturers that do not have windows on their portable greenhouses. Without the windows rolled up on a mid-march day it can reach 90 to 100°, with the windows rolled up it cools down nicely to 70. My one criticism would be that the tie on straps to hold up the front door when it is rolled up are too short to actually reach around and tie effectively. It needs easily four to six more inches in strap length to tie. And for ease I would recommend that the manufacturer switch to velcro straps to hold it up instead of trying to tie it. What is most important is that there was a small 2-inch rip along the seam when first putting on the cover and I contacted the seller who immediately responded and sent a replacement cover within days. They get an a+ for great customer service! A big thank you to Rainy for the prompt help when I reached out. Is this a stable long-term greenhouse with polycarbonate sides?.....No it is not, but for something that I plan on setting up in February and breaking down every June just to get a jump start on perennial bareroot plants that arrive in the mail it serves the purpose well.

It took about two hours to assemble. It's a good size and the plastic thick. The shelving is okay, not very sturdy but will still hold all your plants. Also stood up to Oklahoma winds. I did have it supported by a fence. The one and only problem with this design, is when I finally went to move it, all or the poles, were rusting and filled with water. How?!!! And I only had it up for a couple of months. That water was disgusting especially when you consider that you have to be aggressive when disassembling the rusted poles.

My greenhouse arrived without a couple extra parts that the page description had said were included. Contacting Jasmine at Customer service I was issued a $20 refund for those parts! They were out of stock and apparently the description on Amazon was not updated for some reason. I love my greenhouse! The frame is sturdy and went together easily. The cover is well constructed and seams sewn properly. The zip-up screen door was one of the main reasons for purchasing this model. The missing extras I can manage without! I highly recommend this company for the quality of the product and the very responsive customer service!!! My seedlings are most happy!

This is a great greenhouse. It was easy to put together. It includes zip ties for the shelves but they are very thin so I added my own. The racks don't seem very sturdy but I bought thin boards to lay on top. I will be using 7 gallon grow bags so I needed to make sure that they are supported. I love that they have a separate screen door so that I can let fresh air in without the bugs getting in. The only thing I wish that the company would have made the zippers reversible so they would open and close from the inside easier. Overall I love it 💜
