The shade/ car port gets the job I got it for done; to provide shade for the car. It was easy to assemble, it has a nice clean look to it, and best of all it provides the shade that is very much needed for the cars during the hot summers. Exactly as described. Assembled easily. Here’s the thing…. I carelessly opened the box with a box cutter and sliced the tarp as there were no warnings and how to open the box. So the tarp and numerous cuts when opened. I completed the assembly and proceeded to patch all the slices. I then contacted customer service and they replaced the tarp for only a nominal shipping charge even though it was my fault. The CSR, Ivy, was courteous and professional. This was an unexpected result as I was prepared to purchase an unbranded replacement tarp. This is what I would say was above and beyond and I am very pleased. I recommend the product and the seller.

The first one of this brand I purchased (from another seller) did not hold up to some severe winds we had and most of the legs buckled, despite being attached to sand bags to help keep the cover in place. Granted, I live in a VERY windy area and did not tie the structure down with ropes and screw-in anchors. However, I still liked the color (white poles and white tarp) and price (reasonable) and ordered the second one (same brand and model) thru Amazon. I ended up going to the hardware store and having galvanized pipe cut to size and inserted the pipe in the hollow legs to give the legs more stability in our winds, and I purchased some single-hole cinder blocks for added weight (with the velcro attached sandbags) to hold down the structure in our nasty winds, and I couldn't be happier! If you live in an area with heavy winds, be forewarned that the leg poles are NOT very durable, can buckle and will not hold up to strong winds without reinforcement. Otherwise, I really like the cover. As a hint, if using as a carport, buy some pool noodles, slice them lengthwise and pop them on the poles to protect your car doors from dings when opening doors. Works great!

The product is excellent and assembled easily. Held up several months through all kinds if weather however the posts received some damag from this last hurricane. I contacted the company about getting replacement parts and they were very fast and efficient in replacing parts. I would most definitely use this company again.

This is a perfect fit for our yard. When I first set it up a strong wind did take the car port up but I had not fully spiked it down yet. I contacted support and they sent replacement poles though I just wanted a part number and price as I felt it was my error and I told them as much in the support ticket. They still sent the replacement poles free of charge and very quickly. Great service and when spiked down properly a great product
