This is the first metal carport I have assembled. I wasn't sure what to expect. One of the two heavy boxes was delivered upside down and had some damage to the box. When I opened the boxes both were well packed. Everything was secure and well wrapped. Every panel was covered in a plastic film protecting it from scratches. Following the instructions carefully I was surprised that EVERY pre-drilled hole lined up perfectly. Assembly by myself probably took less than five hours. I do recommend a power drill with adjustable torque setting. Building is well made. I like the vertical roof panel design. To have a local company come out and build a similar carport would have cost me four times more. I did have four trim pieces that had been damaged in transit as the were sitting where the box had been damaged. I contacted the company and they sent replacements immediately.

Let me start off by saying first that it was ordered and arrived very quickly. I did read reviews. It had fairly good reviews from what I could tell, but there was a lot of issues with people talking about dents in the metal. First off, let me start by saying it’s price pretty fairly considering the quality. It was very easy to put up. You could probably do it just one person if you had yourself and that was it and no help. Everything went together like it should minus the instructions not being 100% accurate. Basically, if you look at the picture and figure out, which one you’re doing it’s a breeze. The tarp seems to be very good quality. It’s very lightweight though so I ordered sandbag things to go around the bottom, but it does come with everything you need to just do your basic strapdown. Now there is a lot, and I put most of the ones that I could get focused on my phone pictures of the dents and dings all in these poles. It seem to be packaged well so I don’t know why there’s so many dents in it. I didn’t see that, but I didn’t really look either when I was laying it out to put it up. I was kind of in a hurry, but afterwards.. there’s a lot. The weird part is these dents aren’t just like normal dens that you would get during shipping. These almost look like they were dented before they were put in the boxes. I am going to reach out to customer service and make them aware of the issue. Otherwise, I have it completely put together. It’s stable for what it is till I get the other things applied to the pole and everything fit together like it should overall decent product.

Nice product. Easy to assemble, just a little time consuming. Pay attention to direction of pieces. Most pieces can be put together either direction but only one way is correct. I hope that helps someone. I had to redo a couple pieces before I figured it out. The only problem I had was with shipping. The first shipment came with the package all torn up. There were bent panels and missing pieces. I e-mailed customer support and was pleasantly surprised how understanding and prompt they were especially Betty. She is awesome. She took care of everything fast and stayed in touch with me every day until everything was taken care of. Its so unusual to get that kind of customer care these days. I highly recommend doing business with this company. They are very lucky to have Betty on there team.

Great quality Carport at half the price of other brands. We were a little weary at purchase but once it arrived the quality of the materials was surprisingly above our expectations. We did have a small issue with a few missing parts (T-Flanges) but the seller gladly sent them to us without any issues. I advise to unpack and take inventory off the provided parts list in the assembly instructions. We have purchased a second carport for the other side of our property!

The first one of this brand I purchased (from another seller) did not hold up to some severe winds we had and most of the legs buckled, despite being attached to sand bags to help keep the cover in place. Granted, I live in a VERY windy area and did not tie the structure down with ropes and screw-in anchors. However, I still liked the color (white poles and white tarp) and price (reasonable) and ordered the second one (same brand and model) thru Amazon. I ended up going to the hardware store and having galvanized pipe cut to size and inserted the pipe in the hollow legs to give the legs more stability in our winds, and I purchased some single-hole cinder blocks for added weight (with the velcro attached sandbags) to hold down the structure in our nasty winds, and I couldn't be happier! If you live in an area with heavy winds, be forewarned that the leg poles are NOT very durable, can buckle and will not hold up to strong winds without reinforcement. Otherwise, I really like the cover. As a hint, if using as a carport, buy some pool noodles, slice them lengthwise and pop them on the poles to protect your car doors from dings when opening doors. Works great!

As a licensed contractor with experience building carports, I can confidently say this product is not 16 gauge as advertised. The frame is noticeably thinner and lacks the structural integrity expected at this spec. Despite precise squaring during installation, the roof panels failed to align properly. Several frame components arrived bent, and I had to reinforce the structure with additional materials just to ensure it was safe and stable. Overall, this kit is poorly engineered and not worth the investment. Update 07-26-2025 (Customer service was better than anticipated. they heard my complaint and offered to make thing right. 4/5 stars for customer service. i still stand behind my quality concerns)

Assembly is tedious but straightforward. Make sure you read all the directions first. Identify which product you have and attach a bracket to each side of the joints when you are making the forms prior to set up. The more accurate you are when doing your square up, the better the holes will line up for you when putting the roof on. Double check your numbers on the tin pieces so you don't have to redo it. It looks great when completed.
