What can I say, I LOVE this straightener! I specifically looked for one with a fast heat up time and made of tourmaline and ceramic for the negative ion technology to help control my frizz. And let me tell you, this straightener checked all the boxes. I love that this came with a heat resistant glove, cause I was going to get one anyway if it didn’t. I also prefer to curl my hair with a straightener instead of a curling iron to help with frizz and it’s just easier for me to control. This one is perfect for curling too with its rounded shape. Listen everything about these Flat Irons are perfect ! First the flat irons was stolen from my porch, after reaching out to Amazon I was able to get them replaced they was delivered yesterday and stolen yesterday and the replacement was delivered a few moments ago. They are BEYOND AMAZING ! I mean they are so great. It heats up fast, thin enough to touch the roots it not to thin that you can have a nice amount of hair and still get it not only flat but bone straight! My hair is extremely thick and soft and the easy it laid my hair and sliked it. WHEW! I am so pleased with these flat irons. If anyone had anything negative to say about these they are just bummers, these are very great and nicely priced.

If you aren't trying to spend too much but NEED a quality straightener that will get hot and press your hair the way that you expect, look no further. This straightener did the job for me and continues to do so. I will have to admit though, after actually thinking about it, it could also be the reason why my ends are seeing more damage and breakage( this and among other reasons, like products), but I hadn't considered maybe the flat iron itself. But I think all that means is that the more expensive flat irons with special plates are more justified. This is still a good straightener.

This is light, sleek, and does what it needs to do eventually. But… no matter which way you hold it, your finger or thumb will be directly on the switch. A simple hair session which would take 10 minutes at most, will take 20+, because every time you pick it up it turns off since the button is exactly where it shouldn’t be. So, if you just want to do a quick flatiron job, Best purchase something else. But, if you have the nimble fingers of a concert pianist, crave danger, can juggle the beauty industries version of a blazing chainsaw, and live for the anticipation of not knowing if you’re actually pressing your locks, this is the product for you. And, amusingly, it came with a heat glove. Were I thinking clearly and not woozy from the scent of Amazon packaging when I opened that box, I would have remembered that in no point of my considerable hair straightening life have I ever required a heat glove to do my hair. But, now it is clear that this glove is to catch a 450’ flat iron as it crashes into the bathroom sink because you tried to hold it with your fingers in the shape of a Fibonacci spiral, and your reflection in the mirror looking back at you with palpable disappointment.
