Description

Colour:Blue | Size:Single Similar in style to a conventional ice tray, this design has a switch mechanism, which holds the ice cubes securely in place until required. This version includes a flexible lid that enables you to stack the trays on top of one another in the freezer drawer, preventing water spills and the ice cubes tainting with any freezer odours. Fill quicksnap plus with water just like a conventional ice tray. When ice is needed, simply twist the tray to loosen the cubes and then push each switch on the reverse. With quicksnap plus you only release the amount of ice cubes you really need, whilst the rest remain securely in the tray and can be placed back in the freezer. Ideal for serving ice straight into drinks, without touching the cubes. Care Instructions: Dishwasher Safe. Box Contains 1 x QuickSnap ice cube tray.

I use several of these trays at my cabin. I like them because they are easy to stack and I don’t get ice evaporation from the freezer cycles when I am gone a long time. Ice releases easily and Is always ready when I need it. Great product!

Update: Yes, these are small cubes because the blue tabs get in the way, and you have to be careful to cover the tab completely with water, but after using it for awhile I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 4! It is by far the EASIEST tray to get cubes to pop out without fighting with the tray. The cover stays on well which keeps the ice cubes CLEAN. I don't want contaminated ice cubes that have been in touch with other items! :-) Original review: I should have bought the one with the cover from the 99cent store. I like covers on my ice cube trays because I don't like the ice to get dirty or contaminated if someone puts other things on top of it. But this one was not helpful otherwise - I don't see how it's any easier than a regular ice cube tray, and the little blue release tabs take up space so you get small cubes. Small cubes are fine for some purposes but for this size tray you don't get much ice - a waste of space in my freezer. ... show more

The quick-release is one cube at a time, slowly whether I like it or not. But I do like it; it works like I'd hope - allowing my arthritic hands to easily empty my ice cube tray. Just slowly, one lousy cube at a time.

I actually just bought my third tray. I originally had an ice maker, but stopped using it because of how the cubes started tasting. All you need is a bottle of spring water and it fills the tray perfectly. Make sure to leave the tray out a few minutes or just twist it and cubes come right out.

I use it to freeze wheat grass juice and aloe juice that I extract form a fresh leaf. It is easy to release but you have to make sure not to overfill otherwise it may get stuck.

Super easy to fill, love that it has a cover, and getting ice out of the tray is a breeze! I bought some other cheaper trays at the same time as this, but I'll never go back knowing how simple this one is to use. Highly recommend!
