This liquid descaler offers convenience but I feel at a slight cost to performance. It doesn’t seem to be as effective as tablets however, it does save time from not having to wait for tablets to dissolve and I also like that there’s a built in measure so you know how much to mix with water.

I use this cleaner to descale our Zojirushi coffee maker. The directions are clear and simple and the cleaner does a very good job. This is the first time I am using a dedicated descaler (in the past I used vinegar) and I am glad I switched. This container should last me a few months. I actually use this to clean my Keurig and water tank, not a cocktail machine, and it works so well. It removes buildup and limescale effortlessly, and it runs smoothly afterward. The buildup "stuff" that came out after using it (and color) was honestly a little disturbing! The instructions are simple, and I love that it’s safe and effective for water tanks. This is a nice big bottle of descaler at a great price. I unfortunately don't have a cocktail machine but I've run it through my fancy espresso machine to great results twice now. No super strong smells and it rinsed out easily. It madea marked improvement on the taste of my coffee. This is a 32oz descaling concentrate solution for cocktail machines. I'm using it to maintain my espresso machine however, and I'm very satisfied with the results to highly recommend to others. The instructions call for the concentrate to mix 2oz of concentrate to 8oz of water, or 1:4 ratio. There's absolutely no reason for the user to follow the instructions verbatim. Just so long as the mixing ratio is respected. I for an example, am only using 4oz of water to an ounce of concentrate to clean my espresso machine to a great effect. I'm thinking that I can reduce that down even further for other smaller items like the tank of my steam iron for an example. Great value, great product. 5 full stars awarded. ... show more
