Pros: I purchased the “brown” design and was actually very happy when i opened the box. I was expecting a cheap faux wood sticker on both the head and footboards but they were nicely done. There is a lot of texture to the print so it looks and feels real. I also had concerns about the pattern looking cheap and splotched but it doesnt, it looks like multi colored wood grain. Its also pretty sturdy. Cons: There is an overlap on part of the headboard but it happened to be on the backside that faces the wall Also, I like that it isnt low to the floor like other beds this style, but im not a huge fan of the thin metal legs showing. This can be covered with a larger sized comforter. We just used the twin size one my son already had. Overall It was relatively easy to assemble 30mins to 1 hour. Some of the screws were not lettered the same as the instructions but all the pieces were there. It looks great and my teenage son (5’7”, 140lbs) loves it and says its very comfortable. ... show more

I really love this bed. Bought two of them for my twins. Will use for toddler beds. I did not experience the difficulty some people had assembling this bed. I did it myself while the babies were sleeping. One of the tubes were slightly pinched on the end. I just bent it back with a screwdriver and it went together just fine. Arrived on Feb 19th 2024 didn't put it together til 23rd when my mattress arrived and on Sunday February 25th the support leg snap right in half after laying down and rolling over. My son weights 130lbs. So there no way he broke it. Very disappointing bec I bought him matching desk last year and was just waiting for him to graduate to his big boy bed. Called customer service on Monday Feb 26th and told me wait for seller in to get contact with me. Well could take a couple days in meantime I had to go get my son a different frame that he didn't want so he could sleep in his room. Didn't think anything of when purchasing this frame and threw box out so now dont have a box to send it back so waiting on seller to contact me back. Like I said Very disappointing again bec we love the desk and it held up great. So will update whenever I hear back from seller. ... show more

The bed frame arrive in a box I was able to carry by myself. It came with all the parts and bolts. The package of 4 kinds of bolts were not labeled how they are referenced in the directions (a, b, c, d). Luckily I guessed and got it right the first try. The problem I had with this bed frame is probably not a knock on this particular manufacturer, but a slight on the state of the world. One of the legs fell apart upon barely touching it. You could see the weld spot where it was supposed to be connected, but just snapped off when I picked it up. The metal for the product is low quality, and when you screw in bolts, you won’t notice when it is sufficiently tightened because the cheap and thin metal just bends inward. All in all, it has a nice wood finish and I wanted a headboard, so it checks those boxes, giving it a generous 3 stars. They do have a return policy, but good luck getting all the pieces perfectly fit into the box in order to return it. I will superglue the leg into place and the weight of the load should hold it in place. Low quality, but it does the job. ... show more
