This bed frame is so cute! It was fairly easy to assemble. Everything you need to put it together was included and well packaged and labeled for easy access to assemble. I did install one piece upside down (the middle T bar) because I misread the photo and it wasn't specified in the notes, but that cross bar, has to be installed with the holes facing down, for the installation of those side leg stability pieces. I was a simple fix, as it was only attached to the main frame with 3 screws. Flipped it around, and the rest of the installation was simple. It says you don't need a box spring, but I did choose to use mine. The bed is much higher than on my old frame. It does sort of cover some of the headboard part with using my box spring, and only about 9 inches are showing above my mattress, but I love it. It is so soft and velvety. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship are remarkable. The buttons throughout the headboard are perfectly placed and provide such a sleek look. There is zero noise with this bed frame. Ya know, when you move around, get on or off the bed, sometimes the frame makes a creaking noise? This bed frame is solid and quiet. I did ensure to check all the bolts were as tight as could be while putting it together. I'm sure over time they may loosen, which is easily fixed with using the provided allen wrench to tighten them back up when necessary. I'll be checking that each time I reposition my mattress. The bed frame has been a delight and is well worth the cost for the upgraded look and feel of the most important part of my day, Sleep!!

This bed looks better than I expected. It is also really comfortable, and it doesn't make any strange sounds when you're moving around on it. The bed does sit a bit lower than I anticipated, though. The directions were pretty straightforward. I found them fairly easy to follow. As other people have mentioned, the headboard was the hardest part to assemble. It was hard to get the screws in properly on the headboard. I had to take some of them out because they were going in crooked. Two people assembled this, and it did take about an hour and a half. If we did it again, we could probably complete it in about half the time. There are two tools provided to assemble the frame. You will not need any other tools. You will use the one tool for most of the project. The other tool is just to tighten everything when you're done. I'd recommend using the second tool even if you think that everything is tight enough. We thought we'd tightened all the bolts enough, but all of them needed a bit more tightening. This says that you don't need a box springs. We already had one from the previous bed, so we used it with this. I feel like it would be too low without the box springs. Even with the box springs, it only comes just a little above where the headboard starts. Without it, I think the gap between the top of the mattress and the bottom of the headboard would be too big.

So this bed has a very small thumbprint for a full size bed. At first I thought it was a twin by mistake, but it does fit a full size matress perfectly. The bed is lightweight, good for upstairs bedrooms and for people who do not weigh a lot. I can not imagine this putting up with a lot of abuse or a larger adult or two adults. The bed instructions are very easy to understand. The only things you can accidentally mix up are securing the side rails upside down. Make sure fhe velcro part goes upward for your board to adhere to and make sure the holes in the center support beam are facing the floor for the last step if adding some small braces. Those things can be installed upside down by mistake, but they were very easy to take just the wrong part off and turn it around without having to take the whole thing apart. The headboard took the longest to install becauae of the tight space in which you have to turn the Allen wrench. It instructs you to put the headboard on the side rails while it is standing, so you do need an extra set of hands to help brace the headboard during installation. This bed is meant to use without box springs, so using box springs would make the matress way too tall because the headboard is. Very short. Assembly did not take any additional tools that did not come with the bed. Its about 7 inches of under bed storage.

This frame was exactly as advertised and expected! It's a queen size which fits my mattress perfectly. I put it together myself and it took me about an hour but I was taking my time while being distracted with other things. You could do it within 30 minutes. The most difficult part, doing it yourself, is the headboard but I managed to do that pretty easily just had to balance the headboard on a box while I attached it to the frame. The fabric feels very soft and looks great. The headboard has little gold button accents which are a nice touch to make it look just that much better. The headboard has just enough cushion that makes propping your head up on it without a pillow comfortable. The frame itself is very solid. There is no wiggle back and forth once you've got the mattress on it. I weigh about 180lbs and I can plop myself onto the mattress without it moving. You get just shy of 7" under the bed in space if you were interested in using that space as storage. It's definitely enough room for some shallow storage bins. A nitpick from me is that it comes out of the box with a bit of a smell, like an adhesive smell, but I opened my windows and threw a fan on it which helped to dissipate it pretty quickly.
