The media could not be loaded. This arrived in 2 boxes (not 3 as described.) Mattress purchased separately. For the most part putting this together went smoothly - BUT NOT IN TWO HOURS! It took me over 10 hours! I also gave up on just using a screw driver because my hands were exhausted and very slowly used a drill and it went much faster. Some of the hardware (A-Z, a) were combined (found V with I, after I was nearly finished and had subbed 2 U screws.) I recommend having a second person lift heavy put-together pieces and align the cabinet's rails. The video sent via message really helped, although there's no sound. Slow the video down so you can pause and watch. There's a little gap between the top piece and the front doors. All pieces were there and clearly labeled with numbers and letters. Packaged well. If I had to do it again, I'd hire someone else to put it together. Otherwise, it's exactly what I wanted for my office space and lovely! ... show more

The instructions were a little challenging, but we figured it out. The only downside is the sliders in the drawer for sort of difficult to put together, and even after putting it together, the bottom drawer will not sit flush.

Easy to unfold. Nice looking! I couldnt put together or help so hired someone to do so and it took about 3 hrs with a couple breqks to complete it.
