This comes in 5 separate boxes and the instructions are in box 4. Make sure you have enough space in the room for all 5 boxes and a build area. It is a lot. First off, you do get a lot for what you are paying. Everything works as it should. That being said, they did cut corners to provide those savings. This bed is very loud. Many of the parts are loose fitting and they rattle like crazy. This is not due to improper installation, rather their tolerances during parts manufacture. I would highly recommend using liquid nails to secure those parts. But only after you confirm that it's built right. The instructions are not very clear and we had to rebuild a few sections because of it. The videos they provided often start in the middle of the section you are on, likely because they also had to rebuild that section. Don't buy this unless you are handy. The build and install took about 3 (not full) days. Also I would not put 2 adults on this bed unless you supplement the bracing under the mattress. Some of the parts were mislabeled, often it told you to use screws that don't exist or posted the quantity instead of the part number. After everything is said and done, it's an ok deal for the money. There's a reason it's $500 cheaper than similar models. I would not be happy if this were my main bed, it will be fine for the guest room though. I would not buy this model again. Guess that's what I get for being the guinea pig. It took my adult son three days to put the bed together. It can be done, but does take patience. The price matched the quality. It was not as great as a hard wood material Murphy bed, but it met my needs for a low maintenance bed. Definitely no jumping on this bed. Should only be used by an adult. The color was nice. All the hardware screws are externally visible if you don’t mind that look. One of the drawers was cracked and the company replaced the part quickly. ... show more

    • Not sturdy
We bought this for my nephew coming to stay at Christmas. It came in 5 boxes and took me 18hrs to put together. He is 6'4" and weighs 300lbs. It last 5min. He sat down to get in it and it broke in half. It is definitely not for 2 adults.
