There was even a special tool included to cut the plastic, which was very convenient. There was almost no smell. I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for a week now and it’s been a game changer. It’s super supportive but still soft where it counts, and I don’t overheat like I did with my old one. I wake up feeling way more rested. I’d like to mention that this was in fact extremely simple to setup even tho it’s heavy with help you just simply put it on your bed frame and cut it open and let the foam rise to its original shape. It is exactly as shown and will purchase again and awesome for the price!!! It's one of those mattress that grab you and have you stuck there not wanting to get up for work the next day!

I don’t usually leave reviews but this mattress surprised me in the best way. Right out of the box it expanded quickly and didn’t have that weird chemical smell some mattresses come with. I was a little skeptical at first but after the first few nights I could feel a real difference. It strikes the perfect balance between soft and supportive. I used to wake up with back pain but that’s completely gone now. The quality feels great the stitching is solid and it doesn’t sink in too much. Honestly it feels like something you’d find in a luxury hotel. If you’re on the fence about this queen mattress just go for it. It’s worth it.

I loved it. I left it for two days to open well; it's perfect, it's hybrid, soft, delicious but not one of those that sink, it's incredible. I have herniated discs in my spine and I have slept incredibly!!!! No more back pain!!! The top is cotton so it's perfect. Many claim to be cotton and they are not, and I'm allergic, so I stay with this one, it's just like I needed it. And btw, smells good, not like others I've bought and they smell like dirty cardboard
