I went to costco to try to get one at first, then found this one on amazon, the price is very attractive so I decided to give a try. It came with a long narrow box, which is a bit easier to get up on the second floor than my old one. The way they packed it makes it easier to roll up on the bed. The mattress is made well, good quality, has a waist supporting area, which I really like. no bad smells, very comfortable, so far so good. Update: After several nights using, I like it better. It strikes the perfect balance between softness and support – soft enough to feel cozy when I lie down, but firm enough that I don’t sink in or wake up with aches. i have had this mattress for barely a month and it is already starting to sag badly. i bought a new frame at the same time so its no issue with this frame. very disappointed with how unsupportive the mattress is.

This mattress has been amazing. Bought it for an apartment I’m using for work. I didn’t have time to record an unboxing moment but it mirrored what others say. I also didn’t have time to let it inflate for 48-72 hours before sleeping on it because I was tired of sleeping on an air mattress. It’s been more comfortable each night and I’m pleased with it. What I got versus what was described was pretty different. You can feel the coils. The pillow top is pretty thin. It wasn’t too comfortable. I’m pretty disappointed. Can’t exactly return a mattress. I’d keep looking before you buy this.
