The quality of this loft bed is impressive. The stability is outstanding. It does not make any noise, It looks great! It fits any space that you would put in a twin bed. WE LOVE the stairs! The value is on point. No missing parts. Two of the parts are labeled incorrectly, for us it the smallest bolt, labeled as K when it is H and the hand rail # 26 was labeled as 25, but it was easy to figure out both situations because we already used the part 25 and the H is the smallest bolt. Also, very important to remember... when you get to the part where you put the mattress support bars in... put the bars in on one side and have it standing up as shown in the book, then lay the other side down flat and place the ends of the poles on top of the holes where they go in and slowly raise the side for an easy assembly. It is nice to have an additional shelf for added protection. We used a 9 inch thick twin mattress, it is a perfect fit. We used a ratchet style Allen wrench in two sizes for easier assembly and kept the bolts a little loose on the bed frame when putting the stairs together, then tightened down when all together. Don't forget to take breaks and give yourself 3-4 hours. ... show more

this came really fast. two heavy boxes. all parts clearly marked. instructions were clear and easy to follow. most of the assembly can be completed by one person. completed bed is simple and plain but sturdy. wall anchors are included.

Great sturdy bed frame, aesthetically pleasing and serves its full purpose. We did run into an issue when putting the stair section together. In two pieces there were no holes where there should have been to feed the bolt through. I had to measure and make holes in the square tubing to attach that portion. At that point we were about three quarters or more done with the bed so it woulda been crazy if some who wasn’t handy to take apart and box back up to send to seller. Just a heads up. ... show more

Purchased for my 13 year old. We downsized and his room is now smaller than his older room. This wasn’t difficult at all to set up. It took us about 4 hours. (We aren’t good at assembling things) I wish they had a headboard option though. He’s happy with it and his desk fits great under it. Perfect space-saver if you don't want a loft with a desk underneath or need one with stairs for elderly cats to get up and down as opposed to a loft with a ladder. The little shelf up top is also great for someone like me who likes to have tablets/books, etc nearby or has glasses. My loft did come with two '3' pieces instead of one '3' and one '5', but customer service was very quick to try and rectify the issue and was very forgiving when I accidentally missed the three day pickup window my apartment has which sent the first replacement back. I still used the loft (carefully!) without the '5' post until I received it and the whole structure was still sturdy enough to go up and down the stairs. They are narrow though, so I'd recommend building with stairs away from the wall unless you're okay with it feeling a little claustrophobic and it's definitely way easier to put together with two people. ... show more

The directions for put together were not very specific and it comes with a suitcase of nuts and screws that are numbered until your husband knocks over the entire suitcase and pieces are flying in slow motion everywhere! But the final product is amazing and perfect for small spaces.
