My teen son has a very small room, and this bedframe created so much extra space! Now the floor is clear of clutter. It was fairly simple to put together, took the two of us a little over an hour. We experienced a similar issue to other reviews, we couldn't get the bed in the down position after installing the pumps. We had to take them back off, add the mattress, then lift and put the pumps back on. After that, it went down with no problems, just needed the extra weight. It stays in the up position with no problems, and doesn't make any noise. The side panels are kind of cheap appearing and feeling, but it overall seems very sturdy. Great buy, highly recommend!

It was easy for me to put it together, but then again I build a lot of things. The instructions say, 2 people need to do the job but I did it alone. I’m a 5’3” woman. The bed works great! My mattress is a 10 inch deep, king size, memory foam mattress. It’s a heavy one, but I can still lift it all the way up and it stays till you push it down. The hydraulics work great!

It was very easy to assemble lots of space underneath. The bed isn't stuck, put the thing on that is used to pull it up and down and just pull down on it, it will close. It uses the weight of the matress to pretty much function correctly. And works very very well. I have a very heavy 12" cooling gel matress and it holds it up perfectly.

It was easy to assemble until it came to the Hydraulics. We followed the instructions but we couldn’t get the frame to go down after we installed them on both sides. We took them off, and thought it would be ok, but the mattress was super heavy to lift. My husband found a YouTube video and saved the day. We learned that you have to have the mattress installed for the hydraulics to work properly. So we reinstalled them and gave a solid push down for them to work. I was seriously considering returning the unit until we gave it one last Batman effort and then it worked. High fives all around.

The media could not be loaded. This did take 2 hours to build. But instructions were easy to follow. After placing the hydronic pumps it is difficult to pull down, we just ended up adding the strap to really pull it down and it did work, don’t get worried if you feel it’s stuck it just needs some muscle to bring it down. Honestly this was just what I was looking for. We wanted our bed a little bit higher so we added box springs and the matress on top and it’s holding up just fine. I will say that it is a little heavy to lift up but once it’s up it stays up? And it slowly closes down. I’ve already put so much under there to free up storage elsewhere perfect for small apartments to create some storage.

Came damaged as others described. They were good about it and very responsive. Not the best quality wood but for the money it’s fair. It’s hidden under our duvet so ya barely notice it. But it’s pretty easy to lift (tho need to use your legs or you’ll hurt your back) and the springs keep the bed up in the air! Pretty impressed in that regard.

5 months to having the bed i noticed it kept sliding to one side when i lifted the bed i come to find out the welds that it had for the middle support beams have broke. The bed is caving in from the middle now
