They came vacuum packed and I was hoping they'd fluff up a bit more. They are definitely much more flat than the pictures. If you prefer flat run of the mill pillows these are up your alley. But, for 4 of them for 26 bucks they are made well. The stitching is secure and they're somewhat soft. More of a slick texture and for a spare room they'll do. But, if you're looking for a fluffy or medium fill I'd suggest another brand. You'll need to stack 2 or 3 of these for any head or neck support. ... show more
