We have a fun little story for this bed. When it arrived, it was missing the bottom of one of the drawers and the very middle support leg. Our teenager put it together for our other son. He did a great job but didn't tell us till all was said and done about the missing pieces and said it was fine without it. My bad in thinking the teenager could make that call. My husband reached out to the company and they sent replacement pieces right away. Super awesome! But they came, and I didn't realize no one put them on. Several weeks later, I noticed my son's mattress was bowing in the middle. I was super irritated thinking we had gotten a crappy mattress, but when I picked it up I realized the middle bar had broken (no middle support leg!) and a couple of the cross bars right in the middle. Had the support leg been put on when we got it, it would have been totally fine. I was to Mcguyver it with some tape but knew that wouldn't hold for too long. Reached out to the company again, fully coming clean that this was our fault for not getting the piece put on as we should have, but they not only said they would send replacements parts for all the broken pieces, but there would be no charge. So, the bed is great and my son is loving it! Easy to put together, the drawers are super handy and the plug in headboard is very convenient. The company is also great! Great customer service, quickly and easily handled our issues. If you do end up missing a part, which I know is inconvenient, just reach out to the email on the back of the directions and they will get it taken care of!

This is an awesome frame. The only complaint is the drawers.....they're on wheels so they don't naturally align, you have to make sure that they go in right. As far as the frame, it's sturdy, and easy to put together. The lights add an ambiance that I didn't know my room was missing. I gave it 4 stars because of the drawers....4.5 stars would be more appropriate if that was an option.

I purchased this Queen-size bed frame in March 2024 and, after 8 months of regular use, feel that I have enough information to leave a comprehensive review. I assembled the bed frame by myself—yes, it can be done by one person, but it would be more efficient with an extra pair of hands. It took me about 3 hours to put it together, which is reasonable since I'm not particularly handy. If you're more skilled or have someone to assist you, you could likely assemble the bed frame in less time. The bed frame is very sturdy—I've been using it for 8 months, and it remains as strong as new. The main reason I purchased the bed frame was because of the headboard. It’s beautiful and protects your head against the wall. I also appreciate that the bed comes with two electrical outlets and two USB ports for charging. These are located on a flat, narrow platform on top of the headboard. I keep my phone, alarm clock, and a tissue box there for easy access. There's also a hidden USB port behind the headboard for plugging in the colorful LED lights that come with the bed frame. I haven’t installed the lights, but I tested them, and they're quite quirky. You can use a mobile app to control the colors of the lights, how they blink, etc. The Queen-size bed frame comes with two drawers at the end of the bed. I haven't needed to use them yet, but they look nice as part of the bed frame and are easy to pull out. Overall, this bed frame is of high quality and offers great value for money. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a bed frame with a headboard and electrical outlets.

Low price, low quality. I bought this bed frame and about a month after having it the middle support twisted ripping most of the bolts out of the support. I contacted the seller they kept asking me what pieces I needed over and over always missing on of the pieces I needed. Eventually I agreed with the pieces they were sending and I made do. After getting the new pieces I had to also add some supports so that the middle support would not twist again. The bed before and after I fixed it always pops and creaks when I get into bed or rollover. I thought the plug ins were a great idea on the head board until I used them. The phone charger cord is almost impossible not to snap of during your sleep if you forget so set your phone back up on the head board before you fall asleep. I’ve broken about one a week until I took the cord mount for the light and used it on my cord, so far so good but didn’t really want to make screw holes in the headboard. The mattress does not stay in place. I have a lucid 12” hybrid memory foam bed (which I love) but it does not stay in place. I figured being memory foam it would stay in place better because it would form somewhat around the bars underneath. When the bed slides it’s usually away from the head board so then the pillows fall behind the mattress because the head board only comes down to the top of the mattress. The drawers underneath were a good idea but they are hard to get back into place. They have to be slid in at the right angle because it has to fit into the slot. Also the tabs that keep the drawer from going all the way under the bed are very short so a lot of the times the drawer will just go right under the bed. I could make some longer ones but really it should have came with longer ones. At this point I’m not putting anymore work into the bed frame. It should last a little bit with the support I put into it but I’m really over it and wanting a different one. I do not recommend buying this bed frame especially if you don’t have any handy skills. After looking at other reviews (of course after buying it) a lot of other people have had issues with the middle support bar.

I have a lot to say about this bedframe, so bear with me. Firstly, it looks exactly as it does in the picture, the wooden look on the accents to the gray on the drawers and headboard. When building the frame, I would have a bit of trouble following some of the directions as the pictures in the booklet it came with had pictures for smaller parts where it was a little difficult to see and a little harder to understand than the rest of the instructions. About 1/3 of the way through the set up, I realized that I was also missing a screw for a part, so I had to use a screw that was not designated for that part, I was lucky that there was an extra screw otherwise it would have been hard to get through the rest of the set up. I was disappointed about the drawers as they are the kind that just roll under the bed on the floor, nothing wrong with the way they roll they roll really smoothly, but, when you roll them under the bed and you don't have it exactly centered, they can end up rolling all the way under the bed rather than stopping where it would be easier to pull them back out again. It's like the drawers are too small for the area that they are supposed to fit in. The size of the bed is perfect for my mattress but there has been a couple of times that the mattress will shift on the frame since there is nothing holding it in place which had caused the corner to stick out, hitting my legs, knees, and shins on that edge is not fun at all. The first not sleeping on the bed felt wonderful, it had been years since I last had an actual bed frame to sleep on. When I woke up the next day, however, I found that the middle supports under the bed had basically caved in under the weight of my fiancé and I. The screws just ripped through the metal and I'm not sure that I can really fix it now. The other two supports on the sides are still holding up though, so I mean, it would be a temporary fix until we actually find a legitimate bed frame that would better fit our needs. Overall, the price for what I got was a little high to be honest. Maybe $100 less would suffice, otherwise the lights on the headboard are cool, the app that comes with the lights to adjust them could be better. I feel like we were mainly looking for something that would just keep our mattress off the floor and the plug-in for accessories and phones are nice to have. Other than all that, if you are looking for something more sturdy and would last about a lifetime, you can find it elsewhere. I don't really recommend this product to anyone unless you sleep by yourself.

I love this bed! It was extremely easy to assemble and very functional. The headboard allows me to have handy Items I might need in the middle of the night or when IU wake up. The drawers very helpful for additional storage. Even though it has a very simple design but looks like an expensive furniture piece. I love it and highly recommend it.
